Unique large studio on garden level with wood burning stove. The wood burning stove faces the comfortable queen bed. Cozy loveseat with ottoman, full of blankets, in front of a smart TV. Enter your account details to be able to watch it. It has a 3/4 bathroom (stand up shower) with all linens provided. Work desk and chair. Dining table for two next to the kitchen. Our house is a 1902 Prairie Foursquare with loads of old charm. We are located in the heart of Old Town Fort Collins, close to CSU and three blocks from downtown. We are walking distance to several of the finest Microbreweries in Colorado. The apartment has a separate, private entrance, and large 4' high windows in every room. Bright and cheery with warm atmosphere is an understatement. We look forward to meeting people from many places and backgrounds. 2-day minimum, no-smoking, no pets

This has to be one of the best locations in Fort Collins! Just 3 blocks to CSU, 2 blocks to Old Town, and all the dining, breweries and shopping Fort Collins has to offer, plus a Lucky's Market grocery store 1 block away. The condo itself has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom a pull out sofa, and a well stocked kitchen. Perfect for couples or friends. This is a downtown location, so if you are noise sensitive, keep in mind there will be typical downtown noises etc
