The studio is situated on 5 acres overlooking the Ohio River making it a unique urban location that feels like a country setting. The main house has a heated enclosed pool that is available to guests, a fire pit and pond. The studio has a full laundry, full kitchen and 4 off-street parking spots. The main bedroom (one queen) is on the first floor and the second bedroom (2 twins) is a loft. No cleaning fee

We have a large back yard that is great for family to hang out by fire-pit and enjoy their time away from home. There is large outdoor tv with adirondack chairs and picnic tables for relaxing. Private suite on ground level of house (private entrance) in beautiful Park Hills. You have your own parking right next to your entrance.
