Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Greene County

This place certainly lives up to its name! What a great little relaxing spot and so close to my family whom we were visiting. Lee is always quick to respond, friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!!

Wow! What a beautiful home and property! We spent the weekend catching up with friends, cooking delicious meals in the well-stocked kitchen, and relaxing in the hot tub. It was the perfect place to unplug and unwind. It was the most “homey” of any Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! I was especially impressed by how clean everything was and how thoughtfully stocked the space was. From the variety of kitchen supplies to a pour-over coffee setup, and even extra towels for the hot tub, we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Holly was hands-down the most proactive and responsive host I’ve ever encountered, making the experience seamless from booking to checkout. I only wish we could have stayed longer! I’m already dreaming about when we’ll return. Thank you, Holly, for sharing such a beautiful home and experience!

This is a great place to stay if you're wanting a secluded and romantic getaway. It's the kind of place where if it rained the whole time you're there (like it did for us), you wouldn't care because it's so cozy and well-equipped. Plus, the sound of rain on the metal roof is soothing. The owners have done a great job with the decor and all of the thoughtful touches. Keep in mind that if you're planning on making a visit to downtown Marshall part of your vacation, many of the reviews you'll find online of downtown are pre-hurricane Helene. The town (and most of the restaurants and shops) were destroyed. They had started to rebuild when we were there (April), but almost nothing was open yet. So, check before you go.

We had a great stay at Eva's place while attending our nephew's graduation from Tusculum University! The unit was lovely and homey! It has everything you'd need and more... coffee, toiletries, snack bars, etc. I especially appreciated the plentiful towels! No way we would have run out and needed to wash a load!!! unfortunately, we didn't get to spend that much time in the place as we would have liked to since we were mostly in and out! the place indeed is beautiful and quiet! I would stay here again!

Beautiful location, super relaxing and was not hard to find. The house is bigger than it even looked, we had plenty of space. The hot tub was an amazing touch. The hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating. Easy check in process We would definitely return for a relaxing weekend

The place was clean and they decorated for my birthday! The host responded quickly to my concern and was very helpful. My man and I couldn’t help but notice how thoughtful the decor and amenities are. Wonderful weekend getaway, would definitely recommend staying here

We had an amazing stay at Pamela’s beautiful and expansive property! The home was perfect for our family getaway. We especially loved spending our evenings gathered around the fire pit and looking at the stars. Mornings brought a fun surprise with regular visits from wild turkeys, which added to the charm of the place. Pamela was a wonderful host, and everything was just as described. We truly had a fantastic time and plan to make this our choice for our future stays in TN!

This home was amazing!!!! The host was very good with communicating. I was very impressed with how clean it was and the kitchen had everything we needed!!! The home its self was incredible everything we wanted plus some!! The decor and layout really made it feel like home. The views were gorgeous!! My daughter woke up the first morning and said it was the most beautiful sunrise she’s ever seen! The home faces so you can watch the sunrise over the mountains from the porches and windows. Best way to start our days! The layout aloud for us all to have our own space. My girls loved having their own rooms and floor to themselves upstairs. Their rooms were huge! The master suit was amazing!!! The tub in the master bath was huge, clean and the perfect way to end a long fun day!!!! We would highly recommend this home and host!!

Sandra was a responsive host and helped us feel at home. her place is beautiful and truly peaceful. We walked around the property (there is lots of room to explore), soaked in the hottub, watched the birds, and met her new puppy! we were looking forward to trying her new infrared sauna but ended up leaving early on Sunday because bad weather was forecasted. One thing i would point out for future guests is that the space does not have true seperation between her upstairs living area and the downstairs area where renters stay. There is a spiral staircase connecting the two levels of the home and renters can venture upstairs to see Sandra and vice versa. The noise definitely travels so we could hear what was going on upstairs (TV, phone calls, etc) and vice versa. This was fine for us (and again, we got to meet and play with new pup!) and the property so affordable that it was definitely worth it....but this might be a consideration for others.
