Access to the private hot spring, swimming reservoir and ranch are only some of the perks of this property. Located 1/4 mile from the main house on the Meyers Ranch, it is private and did we mention the view?

Lake Front Cabin on Lake Almanor with Boat Dock

Upgraded cozy Lake Cabin, with full amenities. 3 bed, 2bath huge deck for BBQ's and on the Lake. This is your perfect get-away to be able to relax and enjoy nature. Great fishing off our backyard, lake and on creeks. All one story plenty of parking! Ping Pong table, board games and movies. Bring the water toys. This is the place where kids forget about their IPADS and phones. Boat Dock is removed from Nov 1st to April 1st do to winter/snow conditions. Sorry for the inconvenience

Indian Valley Cottage (Retreat)

This is a 570 sq ft building with BR, BA and living area. It is located in beautiful Indian Valley. Lots of wildlife including deer, turkey, bear, and geese. The Kitchenette has a coffee and tea maker, refrigerator, hot plate, electric skillet and microwave, and should have enough tools for you to make simple meals. I also provide a grill on the patio, some outdoor furniture so guests may enjoy coffee, tea, in the morning or another beverage while watching the stars at night.

Our cabin is in a very quiet area. Surrounded by hundreds of acres of cattle farms. The view is of fields and mountains, sky, and pine trees. The cabin is very private with your own entrance. A lot of parking and also a trailer space. This will be perfect for a single person or a couple. Great area to ride bikes, go golfing, even a pickleball/tennis court not far. Also not far from lakes and hiking. Please no pets.

Welcome to our serene 2- acre family cabin, nestled on the edge of Plumas National Forest with green lawn stretching towards the trees and wildlife, offering a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Lake Almanor, Butt Valley Reservoir and Round Valley Reservoir are all within 25 minutes of the cabin. The cabin is our little slice of heaven, and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
