Driftwood - Carriacou Hideaway

JorgeRating, 5 stars14 months ago
We loved the home, the location, the semi-private beach 5 minutes away. John and Anita were extremely responsive guests. They also recommended a boat tour with Michael, which was wonderful and cannot be missed. The only negative part was the welcome from the local manager Nurlyn; we arrived on a Sunday afternoon, and she was clearly upset about it. She was in a big hurry to leave, so she did not explain anything about the house. There was not even a small bottle of water, so we had to go out to get it. She said the front door was always open and we could not lock the house, which left us very concerned. The good thing is that John and Anita called her the next morning, her attitude changed, and she sent someone to fix the door. Overall a wonderful experience!

Gum Tree- a haven for couples, friends and family

Bobbi JoRating, 5 stars11 months ago
Peaceful and Adventurous!! My husband and I stayed at the Gum Tree House in early March. It was the most peaceful place we have been in years. Upon arrival at carriacou airport, Dominic met us. Flying over the ferry is my preference.Dominic took us to the Police Station for drivers license then to rental of 4x4 vehicle, and escorted us to the house. The road is rough in one spot but you get use to it. Dominic suggested a reservation at around House which was amazing food and close by. The hiking trail to High North Peak is walking distance as is Anse La Roche beach!! The hike took us about an hour and a half round trip. We left early morning before the sun got hot) and spent about 20 minutes enjoying the view on top. The hike to the beach was great!! It was about 20 minutes down. Be sure to catch Tim’s place for an amazing lobster meal. Rent a vehicle to explore. The service Dominic provided was top notch and truly made the vacation experience. Thank you Dominic!!!

Moonlight Bliss Villa

YvanesaRating, 5 stars4 weeks ago
I cannot say enough great things about this Airbnb! From start to finish, my experience was flawless. The property was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail was impressive—soft linens, a fully stocked kitchen, and even local recommendations that helped me explore the area like a pro. The highlight of my stay was the host Mondel ! They were incredibly warm, responsive, and accommodating, going above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome. Whether it was quick replies to my questions or little touches like a personalized welcome note, their hospitality truly set the bar high. This is hands-down one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. If you’re considering booking, don’t hesitate—you’re in for a five-star experience! I’ll definitely be back.

This was amazing, out of a dream. Everything was perfect, we spent a week here with my 2 kids and in laws and had a blast! We rented a car to get around the island and do groceries etc as nothing close to here for food. Cannot wait to come back!

Bella Vista - cool sea breeze, overlooking marina

Mary-Lou Rating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Glennis and Karen were great hosts, very responsive and always helpful. The property is georgous, well kept, spacious for 2 or 3 couples. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking meals, great outdoor living space and pool, spectacular views of the bay and surrounding mountains. The bedrooms had optional A/C which we used at night only. There is 1 restaurant (good food and view) and a grocery store (small, good meat selection, pricey) at the marina about a 7min walk downhill (can drive and park). We had a rental car and picked up groceries at Rams (best selection) whenever we were in St. Georges. During our stay, the Egmont area was quiet except for occasional yard maintenance on nearby similar-sized properties. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Main Villa and Reef Villa

KarenRating, 5 stars4 months ago
Our stay at the Villas was so wonderful. The villas are furnished beautifully and had everything we needed! The beds and linens were so luxurious, slept like a baby! The pool was such a treat for a swim before or after the beach! Views for days and the stars at night were spectacular! Having ice machines in each villa was a game changer for us- so great! Homes had more than listed like a hairdryer in master and shampoo and body wash in master shower! Had both American and Grenadian electrical outlets so I didn’t even need my converter. Everything worked as promised and the house manager Kathy was excellent. Everyone wants to bring their families back to the property and share their beautiful experience of Grenada!

Paradise Villa (Newly Renovated)

ChrisRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Lashana was amazing. She answered all our million questions right away. She also organized a car rental that met us at the airport and had a local license ready for me. Lashana met us at the villa and made herself available to us throughout our stay. The property was exactly as posted. However, the views were actually more spectacular than the pictures. All the suites were air conditioned and very clean. The pool was fantastic. My wife and I along with our three adult children and my daughter’s boyfriend enjoyed the ample space and private setting. We are definitely recommending Lashana and the villa to our friends and family. We will also stay again at the Paradise Villa on our next trip to the Island when traveling with a large group.

Westerhall Sunglow House

BrendaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
I enjoyed the privacy and the greenery around. Also a short walk to the grocery and bakery stores. The buses are frequent especially if you want to visit St georges and Grand Anse beach. If you want a bit of excercise you can walk around to have a good look at the abundance of greenery around. As this is my third time here I did a bit more walking. The apartment was clean and cosy and had everything I needed for my stay. I would gladly stay here again.

Vittoria gave clear instructions to finding her home, however we had no phone data to call her for help. it didn't help our flight was delayed 4 hours and we arrived in the dark. Vittoria had good local knowledge and gave us recommendations. We did walk to the beach but the walk back was up hill.

Beans Beach Cottage in Grenada

NeilRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Wonderful place. Roomy and open. Everything works. Wifi, A/C, kitchen etc no problems. Coffee machine is a fancy espresso maker, but you can scan the barcode on the side of the machine to get the instructions. Two full bathrooms, one for each bedroom. Bedrooms are roomy, lots of room for clothes etc. Lovely verandah overlooking the garden. Beach is just a short stroll away - you can hear the waves at night. Quiet and peaceful, but not remote. Nearest convenience/grocer is less than 10 minutes walk. Large supermarket is only 20 minutes walk. Sandbar Restaurant nearby (not noisy at all) has good quality reasonably priced food and drink. Other restaurants etc within easy walking distance. Lots of nice strolls south to some beautiful remote beaches and look-outs. Howard and Bianca were excellent hosts, responsive and clear. Definitely would stay here again.

Really good place to take time out. Very peaceful. It's quite out of the way, but there are enough shops and restaurants near by and the no2 bus will take you to St George's.

Modern Hope City House with Ocean Views (2020)

SidduRating, 5 stars1 month ago
I can’t speak highly enough of Charlene as a host and of the beautiful home nestled on the hill top. I found myself staring out into the ocean beyond the cliffs on numerous occasions and lost all sense of stress and distraction. The home was perfect for us with two incredibly comfortable bedrooms and it was very well equipped with some basic for thoughtful welcome gifts in the fridge. We even broke a glass which was no issue at all with our host. Thanks for understanding. Tamar in Hope City is serene, private and the perfect place to spend a few nights (although we wish we had more), especially after a few nights in Grande Anse. Thoroughly recommend and would stay again. Also special mention to Rhoden who was the local host and incredibly helpful too.

Sunny 3-Bedroom Retreat with A/C & Parking

DarcyRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
500 yds from Paradise Beach, the villa is completely and thoughtfully organized with a full on coffee station, and every kitchen item we needed. We didn’t want for anything. The labeling and instructions made it a breeze to operate, find what you needed, right down to the light switch. The view and feel of Carriacou are at peace, along with your blood pressure at Jenny and Adam’s.

The Gates NIE at L’Anse Aux Epines

OliviaRating, 5 stars6 months ago
Best place on the island to stay! Gordon was responsive and accommodating. The home was Spotless and the house keeper Lucy was an absolute gem 🤎 You can walk to the beach, the super market is literally across the street. Wall street ( street food vendors) is a 5 minute walk. This home was very convenient and comfortable for my group of 4. I will definitely be staying here on my next trip to Grenada

Modern Caribbean Cottage

solangeRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We loved our stay in Grenada and our lovely "home" cottage. Grenada is such a relaxing and beautiful island with such nice people. The cottage is big and yet cozy! The adorable kitchen is fun to cook in and has everything we needed from morning coffee to dinner and post-dinner tea. We only used 1 of the 3 bedrooms- so comfortable we slept great! We ate all our meals and relaxed on the shady patio with the island breezes and so many birds (owls at night). The home is 4 min walk to a beautiful beach, 1 min to many restaurants and a great coffee shop w/espresso and pastries, 2 min to a grocery store and much more and yet tucked in a private dead-end street. We also were less than a min to catch the free (frequent) St. George University bus for a short ride to visit our son studying there. I highly recommend this home and will definitely stay here in a future visit. Thanks to Randall and Hugh for the hospitality!

Country charm in lush surroundings

MaeRating, 5 stars1 month ago
This place was amazing. It was calm, private, and gorgeous. The pool and views were stunning. There were two property managers who were available by phone for anything we needed and they were very helpful. They are also able to book extra activities for you if you wish (ex. Massages, private chef, islands tours, etc.) We had a wonderful time here and would love to visit again!

Pierre and France's Place

Kerri-LynnRating, 5 stars60 months ago
We had a wonderful stay at France and Pierre’s place. It’s away from the hustle and bustle of the main touristy area of Grand Anse, but still easily accessible by car. We spent most mornings at La Sagesse beach - a 5 minute drive away. We had the beach to ourselves and ate a few delicious lunches at the resort. France and Pierre were great with our kids: helping them feed the parrots and chickens, making them treats, and indulging their curiosity. Thank you for making our stay special!

Jazz Studio

LucyRating, 5 stars18 months ago
Spent a lovely 2 months in Abraham's apartment. He was very friendly and welcomed us in as soon as we arrived and we immediately felt right at home. All amenities were provided, was great to have the air conditioning and access to the lovely garden full of fruit trees. Really private, beautiful and safe feeling area - though a car is necessary unless you're willing to brave the hills in the heat! Le phare bleu marina and restaurant are a short walk down hill (but be prepared to trek back up!), but that is all that is really within walking distance. Thank you so much, Abraham!

Relaxing, quiet, family-friendly cottage

Donald MunroeRating, 5 stars62 months ago
A great holiday spot in a perfect location. The view out over the ocean is spectacular, and the property is private, well-equipped, and near beautiful beaches (gorgeous La Sagesse beach is about 10 minutes away). The airport is about half an hour or less away, as is St. George's. But it is nice to be away from the bustle of the capitol. And there is a convenient Foodland just up the street. In all, a great spot to unwind and enjoy the best of Grenada.
