Laura was very responsive and helpful and answered all my questions prior and during my stay which helped me make the most out of my trip. The appartment was lovely and peaceful with beautiful views.

It is a lovely apartment and we especially liked the terrace with the overhang so we could could sit outside when it was warm but drizzling. It is a far walk from the center of Florence but a few good cafes and restaurants nearby.

This is my favorite place to stay in Florence! Always affordable, close to public transportation, and the host communicates very well. Thank you so much!

Our group of six had a wonderful stay at Alessandro’s beautiful apartment. It was the perfect location to explore Florence from. Just steps from the Duomo, we were able to walk everywhere. Alessandro was so helpful with recommendations and was very flexible with our check in and check out times, which we so appreciated. We were very comfortable and loved the apartment! We loved the stay with the family. They are friendly and helped us with everything. The appartment is beautiful and the garden and pool are out of this world. We want to go again very soon ❤️ make sure to stay over the weekend to enjoy their delicious restaurant and wine ❤️

Simone was great during our stay. Super responsive and helpful. The space was beautiful and comfortable for 2 people. Also, central to bus stops that get you into the city within 10 or so minutes. Would definitely recommend!

I had the most amazing experience staying at this beautiful villa in Florence. The location was perfect—peaceful, private, and surrounded by stunning views that took my breath away, especially from the parking area. The villa itself was incredibly cozy and charming—so well maintained and full of character. Honestly, I didn’t want to leave. I’d live there if I could! The pool was a dream—relaxing, and the perfect spot to unwind with the Tuscan countryside all around you. Our host, Leonardo, was absolutely fantastic—so friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. You can tell he really cares about making guests feel at home. This place was everything I hoped for and more. I would 100% come back again. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at Casa Conte Martini! The space was fantastic and worked very well for our family including our 2 teenage boys. The pool and hot tub were great and the outdoor space was absolutely perfect. I can not say enough good things about this stay! Andrea and Simone were wonderful hosts and it was a pleasure getting to know them. We will be back!

I had a wonderful stay at Louise Virginia Anna’s Airbnb! The space was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully decorated. The location was convenient and peaceful, and Louise was a kind and responsive host. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay!

We stayed in the apartment for a short vacation. Gino and Calogera assisted us as expected from prepared and thoughtful hosts. A family air was breathed throughout the living room. I highly recommend anyone to stay in this House, spacious spaces and nothing is missing. The location is strategic for those who like to visit the beautiful Tuscan places.

We had a great stay here, and everything was very easy and clean. Great hosts and a great apartment to stay in.

We stayed here 3 families (6 adults and 4 children between 2 and 5 years old). we already stayed here last year and like last year, everything was great. In addition, the second bathroom was renovated this year, so both were new and modern. the host was very accommodating when booking the stay. in addition, he provided us with a third crib, on the day of arrival he allowed us an early check-in and on the day of departure allowed us a later departure, which was very appreciated by small children. every day was cleaned the pool, which we ended up using only at the beginning of the stay due to the weather. with small children we appreciated the large fenced garden.

Felt right at home. Chiara and her family were very helpful and considerate for us being available at midnight for a smooth checkin. Though it is little far from the station but the stay was definitely worth it. 100% recommended!!

It was a great stay, the apartment was clean, large and comfortable, looks exactly like on the photos. Stunning view from the terrace. Location is also great: not so far from the Santa Maria del Fiore, we walked there and it took 20-25 mins. The host was very friendly and responsive. We didn’t face any problems during our stay. really nice stay in Montepulciano. Adriano was a welcoming host and his dog Diego was super cute and friendly! he left us breakfast which was great too. Defiantly recommend staying here, the garden is amazing to have breakfast in the sun:)

Very nice and tastefully decorated apartment. It has a terrace, a plus. The neighborhood is very quiet. 3 minutes from the tram to the city center of Florence. It's very convenient. We also enjoyed the gated garage for the car and the organic store next door. Finally, Daniela was super responsive in all our messages.

Great apartment, Antonio was very helpful. The apartment is cool, but more suitable for people without children, because the apartment is not very suitable for children. Also, if you have a lot of things or heavy suitcases, a stroller, then from the elevator to the apartment there is a fairly steep staircase, because the apartment is located on the attic floor. But has 2 very cool terraces with a great view!!! Of the disadvantages personally of mine: very small and not quite comfortable kitchen(but that's only if you are going to cook). Not very good hot water pressure. Otherwise, I liked the apartment! Thank you Antonio!!!

Stayed 3 nights in Florence and this apartment was beautiful! Great view of the city and so peaceful with a nice private patio area. Plenty of space for my partner and I as well, we felt right at home here! Downside: have to walk up 6 flights of stairs to get to the apartment (still worth it!) and the ceiling in the kitchen is pretty low, bumped my head a few times. Despite this though, the stay was amazing and had pretty much everything we needed! Would definitely stay here again.

I booked it for my parents, the location was good and the flat is great. the only thing to note that it is on the third floor with no lift and for an older couple, it might be challenging to get luggage up and down.

Panzano is a beautiful village and Kristen appartment is perfect to spend a couple of days exploring the surroundings.

We had a fantastic 3-night stay! The apartment is spacious, spotless, and full of charm, with high ceilings and an unbeatable location just steps from the Duomo. The beds were incredibly comfortable, bathrooms clean with great hot water, and the kitchen was fully equipped with quality appliances and utensils. The washer, dryer, and dishwasher worked perfectly, making it very convenient for our family. Tomasso and Francesco were exceptional hosts—friendly, respectful, and always responsive. Due to our travel delay, Tomasso generously refunded half of the first night and even brought us groceries to help us settle in, which was such a thoughtful touch. They also helped us store our luggage after checkout at another of their nearby properties. This stay combined comfort, hospitality, and location in the best way possible. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!
