The house is suitable for families with several children. Lots of playgrounds in the area. Shopping opportunities 5 minutes walk from the house (Lidl) and large shopping centre (Waves) 15 minutes walk from here.

Located only 1 km from the beach and Waves and only 20 km to cozy towns like Køge, Roskilde and of course Copenhagen, so it is only the imagination that sets the limits for an eventful holiday.

In the large garden there is a large wooden terrace, cozy corner with pergola, trampoline, sandbox, play kitchen and fire pit – perfect for relaxing and playing all year round. About 1 km to large center and S-train directly to KBH.

We are ready for 2025! Our house is about 150 m2 and perfect for 6 persons wanting to stay near Copenhagen and at the same time enjoy life at the beach. There are 3 bedrooms, each with a queen/king size bed, living room, kitchen and two bathrooms. And from the livingroom and kitchen you have the nicest view at the sea. We have a lot of things available for you to use during your stay like 3 kayaks, bicycles, boule at the beach and then off course a Weber grill for the barbecue!

Laksehytten - The Salmon House

Et arkitekttegnet hus midt i den meget rolige Karlslunde landsby. Ligger på lukket vej kun 100m fra byens gadekær, samt 150m fra indkøb. Nyd solen på lukket terrasse og lad børnene sove i annekset som ligger lige ud til terrassen. Huset er lyst og stilfuldt med fokus på terrassen og køkken-alrum. Er vejret ikke med jer er der 18kvm Orangeri med direkte adgang fra stuen. Huset er beliggende 25min kørsel fra København, eller 3km fra Karlslunde Station.

Well-disposed detached house, with wonderful garden, with room for both play and relaxation for the whole family. Jump on the trampoline, read books under the pine trees, relax in the hammocks, roast marshmallows on the fire, light up the grill, or take a trip to the beach. Shopping, playgrounds, restaurants, and beach are within walking distance. The train to Copenhagen takes about 25 minutes.

An older original cottage, which still has the cozy cottage atmosphere. There is a bedroom and a children's room with bunk beds.
