Fig Tree Cottage - on the edge of Greytown.

Fig Tree Cottage is on the edge of Greytown with a country outlook. We are 15 mins walking to the cafes and shops. Newly renovated 60s style but with modern conveniences, next to our barns on a small lifestyle block. The cottage is private with own car parking space. Our home is across the garden and we like to welcome guests . We have two small terriers, a golden retriever, and a tuxedo cat who are all very friendly. We also have livestock (usually sheep) in the adjoining paddocks.

The Tree House is a perfect, off-the-grid retreat for nature lovers, where you can listen to birdsong, see the sunrise from the deck and hear the river flowing in the valley. Two minutes walk and you come to The Watermill Bakery which is open for delicious pizza on Friday evenings. Once you have finished relaxing you can go for a mountain bike ride and choose from 20 tracks. Cold? No problem, the fire will be set up ready to light upon arrival. Cheese board and wine supplied when you arrive and a breakfast basket of locally sourced/ NZ made produce all included in your stay. Don't forget your togs for the hot tub with an incredible view.
