This is ‘Het Witte Heertje’, our traditional townhouse in the centre of Utrecht. The house was originally built around 1880. We offer you a fully renovated 40m2 apartment optimally suited for two persons, situated in a friendly, relaxed neighbourhood. Various shops, restaurants, (coffee) bars, the canals and other sights are within a stone’s throw of the house. The park immediately behind the house is a lovely place to spend some time on sunny days. And for laid back evenings we provide Netflix.

Welcome to our “bakhuisje”: a national monument from +- 1700. The house is cozy and comfortable; living downstairs, bed is upstairs on the mezzanine. It has a cozy electric fireplace and a comfy couch. The bathroom has everything needed. Kitchenette (without cooking) with small fridge + coffee/tea and a beautiful view (vegetable garden, greenhouse, fruit trees). Of course WiFi and a workplace. Beautiful surroundings for walking/cycling and a small sandy beach in the river at 2 minutes walking.

We chose this house because of the beautiful garden, but also because the garage gave us the opportunity to turn it into a cozy guesthouse for you to come and experience Gouda and the Netherlands! You can rent a parking permit for the entire area from us on site for €7.50 per day. (That is 5 to 10 times cheaper than usual in Utrecht!)
