The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km to Ystad, where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. Our fishing ground in Svarte has a plot that goes all the way down to the beach by the Baltic Sea. On the large wooden deck, you have access to a dining table for six people and under a rain-protected canopy roof, there is a small sofa. Visit Svarte beach and swim from the jetty or eat something good at the café. By train from Svarte, you can get to Ystad (4 min), Malmö (40 min) or Copenhagen (60 min)

Generous living spaces, light, spacious dining room, and glassed-in patio. The kitchen is stocked and grill is on the wooden deck. Large secluded garden with trampoline and other equipment for outdoor play. The house is located a stone's throw from the coastline and with walking distance to sandy beach. 5 km to Sweden's southernmost cape, Smygehuk, 30 km to Ystad and 18 km to Trelleborg.

We welcome guests to the renovated basement floor, which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There is underfloor heating, fireplace, TV, shower, sauna, bathtub, Nespresso, microwave, Wi-Fi and private entrance through carport and workshop. Note: No kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room, a sofa bed (140 cm) You are welcome to be in the garden, which has a patio in the corner. Because there are stairs down, it is not wheelchair accessible. There is free parking on the street but date parking.
