It is located on a small-scale holiday park on the Leekstermeer. Within a 50-meter walk, you can enter or access the lake. Right next to the park is the beautiful nature reserve De Onlanden. And with 30 minutes of cycling, you are in the middle of the city center of the fun city of Groningen. The house has a lovely terrace with its own sauna (wood-fired). Unique!

Our 2-person Canadian canoe and our 3 bicycles are available for rent at a reasonable price.

The area At the Paterswoldsemeer, fifteen minutes from the inner city of Groningen, our splendid holiday hous is situated. It houses six people in three bedrooms with double beds. After you parked your car, you walk the 800 meter footpath. At the end there's an oasis of tranquility. You hear birds and are 'off the world'. During spring and summer you can enjoy the lake with the canoo, hire a boat and make a daily swim. In the surroundings there are all kinds of parks to hike very close by.

In 2024, this estate was transferred from a centuries-old family tradition to the Drenths landscape. Partly to preserve the estate, it was decided to partially convert it into an attractive B&B. Nearby you will find everything you need for a successful stay: beach, cozy terraces, nature parks, charming villages, amusement parks and wellness resorts. The bustling city of Groningen can be reached in less than 20 minutes by car or train! The house is the perfect base for exploring the area in any season, but at the house and in the spacious garden it is wonderfully relaxing!

Delfzijl (Uitwierde), Cottage with a view

Our simple accommodation with a magnificent view is located near Delfzijl, in the beautiful village of Uitwierde! A bed, sofa, toilet, shower and a small kitchen where you can prepare a simple meal is all you need. The cottage is ideal for those who love peace and simplicity. Groningen is easily accessible by train or car (approx. 32 km), as well as historic Appingedam with its hanging kitchens (approx. 6 km), the Eems and dike within walking distance.

Restaurant Borage bevindt zich op 300 meter. Daar kun je heerlijk dineren. Bij de Pipo liggen 2 kano’s die je kunt gebruiken. Er is geen tv, wel spelletjes en wifi. Naast de Pipo staat een unit met wc, douche en wastafel. En een buiten gasfornuis met een koelkastje en een oventje.

The house has a lot of luxury and comfort such as two bathrooms, a large kitchen with built-in appliances, a big dining and livingroom and a beautiful view at the Lake. At the deck terrace you can enjoy the sunsetwith a glass of wine in your hand.
