Our home (part of a condominium) in an older house (We own the 1st floor) We envision that it is a family with children who rents. 2 min. walk to the train station and you are in Oslo S after 8 min. 10 min. walk to Katten and Vølund (beaches) or a half-hour walk to the beautiful Hvervenbukta. By car it is 10 mins. to Tusenfryd and 10 mins. to Oslo S.

In winter you are close to many ski locations + even an indoor downhill ski/snowboard experience. Need some cat love? If our cat Fabian is home he will be happy to cuddle! *But in winter he may not be, he has holidays too.* With a 10-15 minute walk you can easily access the city center with bus, train and metro.
