Beautiful flat, recently refurbished, very bright and quiet. One minute walk to the Zurriola beach. It has a lot of restaurants, bars and fashion shops. It is a neighbourhood with a wonderful atmosphere. My small flat of 60 meters, is interior but being a sixth floor has a lot of light and is very quiet, is decorated very simple but is clean and cozy with good heating and hot water. It has two lifts and a lift for people with disabilities and to carry heavy loads such as suitcases etc..
