A house in the fields

The house is situated alone in a sea of fields, surrounded by the wind in a fantastic perennial garden. With the help of many artist colleagues and friends, this formerly unspectacular guesthouse from the 1990s was converted and renovated into a small oasis and a garden was created with the help of landscape designer Rainer Elstermann. In constant growth and change, an idyllic place was created - and is still being created - in which 10 people can be accommodated in the guest part.

Welcome to koldi – the lovingly renovated former inn and gallery of the village. Four cozy guest rooms, all with private bathrooms. Ideal for family reunions or groups of friends. Idyllic location in the countryside, within walking distance of Lake Dolgen – easily accessible by train and bus from Berlin.

The wooden house is located directly opposite the old sanatorium, only about 150 metres from the bathing area on the clear Zenssee. Each unit in the semi-detached house offers ample space for 7 people over two floors (3 bedrooms), a fireplace and a terrace with a small garden. Bicycles can be stored in a lockable shed. There is a supermarket with a bakery/butcher's shop near the house, as well as a canoe rental service.
