It is more than just an accommodation-it is a story I would like to tell by combining art,emotions,and the relaxing atmosphere of the sea.

Quiet apartment with a nice garden (for the use of guests and my family) that divides the kitchen with TV and sofa bed from the bedroom with bathroom. Located in the central area (pedestrian island) recently renovated. A few meters away there are bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Parking is in nearby areas for a fee because as mentioned we are in the pedestrian area. A 5-minute walk from the sea, if necessary, there are also 2 bikes to better tour the Riviera delle Palme.

Novella del Mar prende il nome dal peschereccio della nostra famiglia. Situata a "Grottammare". La casa guarda il mare e i colori dell’alba riempiono di emozioni l’intero alloggio; la spiaggia è a 70 mt ed è possibile raggiungerla a piedi attraversando la pinetina. Siamo riusciti a realizzare un sogno: racchiudere i sacrifici di una vita dei nostri genitori dentro due strutture gemelle,cariche di racconti, narranti una storia di mare, di pesca, di sole di duro lavoro e salsedine.
