Novella del Mar is named after our family's fishing boat. Located in "Grottammare". The house overlooks the sea and the colors of the dawn fill the entire accommodation with emotions; the beach is 70 meters away and can be reached on foot through the pine forest. We managed to realize a dream: to enclose the sacrifices of our parents' lives within two twin structures, full of tales, telling a story of sea, fishing, sun, hard work and saltiness.

Immersed in the greenery, among the hills of Val Menocchia, stands 'La Casetta', a small and charming independent house, recently renovated. Perfect for those who want to spend a relaxing holiday and enjoy the landscape that surrounds it. However, it adapts to all needs: it is located a few kilometers from the sea and at short distance from wonderful villages, it also allows mountain lovers to reach the Sibillini Mountains in just over an hour.

The penthouse with its large terrace is in the lively center full of shops in San Benedetto del Tronto and a 10-minute walk from the beaches. It is a bright and sunny apartment with a large terrace full of flowering plants and a shady pergola, on the top floor of a building on a quiet street. Linen is not included in the price.
