My husband Mike and I are artists. We searched for 10 years to find the perfect spot for our retirement years. We found 7 1/2 acres here, on the Central Coast, with spectacular views of verdant trees covering rolling hills that reach all the way to the distant mountains south and east of Arroyo Grande Village. Come and stay in our Guesthouse, relax, explore the property, walk the quiet country lanes. For a rural setting, we are surprisingly close to all amenities, beaches, and wineries.

Stay in this freshly painted and newly furnished beach house. As soon as you walk through the door you'll feel relaxed and at home here. This spacious 2 bdrm and 1.5 bath house sleeps 6. Both of the bdrms have comfortable king size beds with 600 thread count sheets. The kitchen is ready for cooking and includes a Keurig. The backyard is the perfect place to hang out around the firepit and grill after a day of exploring the Central Coast. Walking distance to the Oceano Dunes.

Beachwalk cottage. Hear the waves!

Our cottage was remodeled in 2014 with the highest quality appliances and finishes. You are walking distance to everything in the downtown area. The cottage is best suited for 2 adults or 2 adults with 2 children. The cottage has one dedicated parking spot in the driveway. The parking space is limited so we are not able to accommodate oversized vehicles. There is usually ample street parking after 4 pm and before 11 am.
