Villa Carla is an over 100-year-old stone Istrian house with the comfort of the present time. It is located in a quiet location, in nature next to a vineyard, only 5 km from the city of Koper. Our grandparents and great-grandparents lived in it... including grandmother Carla (nona Carla), after whom the villa was named. From the old days, a typical well in which there was never a shortage of water and two old trees that you will immediately notice; cypress and mulberry. Get to know the magical Istria!

Apartment Solare will offer a unique and relaxing stay with a stunning sea view. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, coffee machine, and dining area with sofa, TV, Netflix, and Wifi. The property contains two stone houses; the main house sleeps 4 (shared bathroom) and the small one sleeps 2 (own bathroom). There is a sitting area on the terrace and plenty of lounge chairs around the 50 m2 pool. The house is close to the main square of a cosy little town of Vižinada, one of the main winemaking areas in Istria. Surrounded by hiking and biking paths. Beaches are only 15 min away.

All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.
