The house is located in a gated community, 100 metres from the sea. From the house, if you go out via the balcony area and walk through the garden, you can see the sea! We only allow one small pet, and it is prohibited for the pet, whether on a lead or with its owner, to walk on the communal lawn; doing so is subject to a fine! The complex has a clean, tree-lined garden that leads guests to the beach! From the living room, you can see the lawn and hear the birds singing, and you can also hear the sound of the sea!

You will be only 3 km from Baraqueçaba Beach, where you will find a bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, etc. Our guests can enjoy the common pool area of the condominium.
