In a colonial mansion with independent access, the owners live on the upper plateau, always available for help.

The building is safe, having 24h reception. Really well located, you are walking distance to Arpoador and Rodrigo de Freitas lagoon. Subway, Cantagalo station, is 300m far. There are supermarkets and phamacies around the corner, as well as restaurants and bars for those who like to go out for a beer or eat some traditional food.
