Located near Tijuca Forest, easy access to tourist attractions and the city center. One of the mildest temperatures in the city. Green living area with daily visits from wild birds and, with luck, visits from species such as: marmosets, capuchin monkeys, toucans... Furniture and decorative objects made by us, with demolition and recyclable materials. The space comfortably accommodates up to 3 guests, with the space being private. You will have to pay extra fees for the other guests who come with you.

Our house has 7 suites between the main house and the annex, all with split air conditioning and heating. We have a pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and gourmet area, surrounded by lush greenery and 15 minutes from downtown Itaipava. There are two houses on the land, the larger house being more comfortable and with 4 bedrooms. Our annex house is also incredible, with 3 suites, but the bathrooms are less architecturally designed.
