Grateful for the beautiful space they have, the house is very cozy, with good space and super comfortable beds, it is also a couple blocks from the beach and about a 15-minute walk from downtown. With Ricardo and Iris, we coordinated our arrival without major inconveniences and if you had any questions they were attentive.

The description of the house totally matches the reality, the location is perfect, one block from everything important, really as its name says "a jewel". If I must find any details it would be that you have to park on the street, it does not have parking at the home (although the sector is very quiet), but it can be difficult to park if you go out in the car elsewhere. The rest is nothing to say, the house is very comfortable and has everything you need to make the stay very pleasant, the hosts are very friendly and respond immediately. Everything is really great.

Carlos was very kind from the moment we arrived, willing to answer all the questions and doubts we had. The house is very cozy, with spacious and clean areas. We really enjoyed the pool because, having a 2-and-a-half-month-old girl, it was very difficult to go down to the beach with her. The views from the house are beautiful, with a very quiet and peaceful environment. We enjoyed seeing birds, rabbits and more. The only "but" about the house is that it would be very useful to install mosquito nets in a couple of windows, to be able to ventilate at night without being attacked by mosquitoes. It's not serious, but it would end up perfecting the excellent experience we had. The other thing is that, although the house has internet and TV with streaming, the signal is slow/very low, so we finally didn't get to enjoy that extra because the channels/movies/series didn't load well. But I insist, they're just details. Many thanks Carlos! We'll be back for sure.

excellent accommodation from the beginning Edward had a very good disposition with us, always attentive to our questions and that we felt very good. always attentive to hand over the data both for eating and for a location. greeted us with a complimentary gift. the apartment with very nice decor and everything impeccable comfortable for the 8 people we were. short trip for the weekend but it was very good stay!!!

Don Juan Luis is a very friendly and cordial host. Always attentive to every detail. The accommodation is in a location close to the beach, restaurants and businesses, as well as being clean, comfortable and pleasant. I will definitely be back.

Everything was perfect! Macka's apartment exceeded my expectations. Very clean, modern and just like in the pictures. It's in a quiet area but very well located, with everything close by. The apartment is right in the middle of Avenida del Mar, between El Faro and Peñuelas. The price is a little more expensive than other apartments in the sector but it is well worth it for the wonderful balcony and the free view of the sea, panoramic from the cross of the millennium of Coquimbo to beyond the lighthouse. Being able to have breakfast and lunch on the balcony is wonderful. The apartment is comfortable and very well equipped, with everything you need and more. Yanitza's service was very good at all times. We recommend this apartment and we will surely return... thank you very much...

The stay was excellent. The hostess is very friendly. The location of the apartment is exceptional, in front of the beach and with direct beach access to the horseshoe. The apartment was very clean.
