Everything clean and tidy, good location and nice view.

Aidas home was home away from home. Perfect for just me and my husband to spend the weekend in xela. It has its own parking space which made it really easy to go and come as we pleased. The location is great and very safe. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to any of our Friends.

The place was nice. It's in the city so nose should be expected, but I found that the loft was a little quieter than downstairs. the blankets were very warm. I enjoyed the view from the back balcony😊

Romeo and Wendy are extraordinary hosts! Would give them 10 stars if I could! We were able to meet them in person and they are lovely, warm people. The apartment is beautifully decorated with bright guatamalen style colors and beautiful artwork. The kitchen is well equipped, bed very comfortable, and plenty of hot water for showers. There is a private balcony off the bedroom that is great to enjoy the morning sun and the cool evenings. Orotava villas, beautiful grounds and wonderful staff. Nice heated pool. Many nooks to relax and enjoy the quiet, calm atmosphere. It is a very secure, safe property with a security gate and guard. The location is superb… walk to edge town is only 10 and to parc central about 20 minutes. There is a complimentary shuttle you prefer. Antiqua a wonderful city full of charm and warm people. If you visit Antiqua Romeo and Wendy villa is the place to stay!

Great place To stay in guatemala especially if you need to be around this area of the city. The flat was lovely! Felt at home. Great distribution, internet connection and has all you need. Furthermore it really felt like the host picked up everything as if it was for herself - very different from other Airbnb flats that feel like the minimum is bought to mee the criteria. The place was as described. Siu very attentive and respond immediately to the messages. Located in a central location but not in the hustle and bustle of downtown, a walkable distance from all major attractions. The apartment was clean, comfortable and with everything you need for a pleasant stay. It has everything to cook but I don't really need it because Antigua has so many alternatives to great places to eat. On my return I left a few things forgotten and Siu immediately communicated with me to report them and send them to Guatemala. Definitely when I return to Antigua I look for this place.

I was only in Guatemala City for a night, so I did not do much but she was so helpful and so kind and responded quickly. If I am back on this area I will definitely stay here again!

Great view of the city from the penthouse apartment! A short uber from the airport. Safe area with a guard in the lobby. Would recommend!

The apartment is located in a safe area, a quiet neighborhood, the apartment is very nice, it has everything you need to stay for several days, the rooms are very comfortable, everything is excellent, there is a very good cafe on the first floor, we would stay again in this apartment everything is excellent👍🏽. Juan Carlos is very friendly, communication with him is always good.

Everything was great and you got exactly what was offered. The place is really central and practical.

A peaceful place to stay away from the noise of downtown. Walkable and public transport available to downtown. Every time I’m going to the city this will be forever a place I will stay and recommend!

Lovely accommodation in a quiet location in the middle of the forest, but at the same time very central. With a rustic and cozy touch, it is the perfect place to relax and enjoy privacy.

The month at Catalina Apartments was fantastic. The building is beautifully put together, with art, open spaces and a rooftop area - complete with gym, sitting area, and views across the city. The room was extremely clean, and had all I needed for my stay. Edwin is friendly, helpful and responsive. I'd definitely stay again if I was in Xela.
