Very nice house as mentioned. Thanks to the host because he was always attentive and his instructions were always very clear. The person who supported us with the chores of the house is very pleasant.

Identical as the photos. Everything spotless. We loved the place. Virginia was very helpful and friendly in providing check-in and check-in information. It is a fantastic place to rest and enjoy days of relaxation and comfort with elegant details that the apartment has. Super comfortable with everything you need for cooking and being in several days. We'll definitely be back when we can.

We felt right at home! The facilities are very nice and comfortable! We were greeted by Doris and Vinicio who attended us and helped us at all times! Excellent everything!

Michael’s place was absolutely beautiful—every detail felt luxurious. The rooms were stunning, the pool was incredible, and the overall atmosphere made for a truly relaxing stay. The location was perfect—just a few minutes’ walk to everything we needed, from restaurants and shops to beaches and local spots. We also really appreciated the on-site security, who greeted us each day and were quick to open the gate—it made us feel very safe and taken care of. One thing to note: Airbnb didn’t clearly state that there would be extra charges for additional guests, even though the house fits eight. Thankfully, Michael was very kind and offered to split the extra cost with us, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this home to others.

We enjoyed each minute at Gustavo’s place. My family wanted to make some grocery shopping before our arrival and have it all in place before our arrival. Needless to say to say we contacted the host and without hesitation they accommodate to their best so we could have access to the property to organize our shopping. We had a huge delay while traveling g, which put us far from our expected time of arrival. When I contacted Gustavo he was very kind and made sure our check in was as smooth as possible once we got there. He is always responsive, taking care of every single detail, answering all of our questions. If you are planning to come to Jalapa either for leisure or business I highly recommend his place as it is centrally located, surrounded by a beautiful view, quiet and serene but yet close to the city and all Jalapa has to offer. I know we are looking forward to our next stay at Gustavo’s place.

We were delighted by our unique experience at this Villa. It is much larger than one can understand by the photos, and the beds were all very comfortable. The daily breakfast and coffee by Delmi was lovely…just ask to get more clarity on what is planned to serve and when they’ll serve to help streamline. The location is ideal for walking in to town to explore, while also feeling like you’re in a peaceful compound. Overall, we loved our time there!

Always magical here. Second time staying, and our group loved it. Eric helps with everything, his cooks are the best, and his transport is the nicest to get to the lake. Highly recommend!

Amazing place, the listing photos are beautiful but in person it exceeded expectations. The house is very spacious, with many environments so that, although there are many people, everyone can have their space. It has everything you need. The beautiful garden as well as the exit to the lake. Very close to Santiago that also the main street very nice. Don Eduardo is very friendly. He supported us a lot. We will surely return, thank you very much for everything.

The house is spectacular, with wonderful views, Héctor and Gladys were super helpful and helpful at all times! Maria was always super communicative and the house was relentless at all times during our stay with all the amenities and amenities for me and my family. The place is a 100/10

This home is absolutely stunning! Truly one of the most amazing homes I’ve ever stayed in. The property manager Daniel was extremely helpful in booking us shuttles and making sure we had everything we needed. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We have stayed at the penguin house several times and we were always very satisfied. The welcome gifts were a beautiful and exceptional detail, the house is very nice and the service of Carlos and his staff was excellent. Casa penguinos is a stay that deserves 5 stars.

Loved Jose’ b and b right next to the beach and a nice pool area. Lots of rooms to sleep our group. Host was also very good at communicating any needs for the rental.

Wow! We can’t say enough about this place! We had such a great time. The host was very clear and sent very good instructions on getting there. Made it easy to find and felt right at home. The staff there is so kind! Even though we don’t speak much Spanish every one was super kind and helpful. The space looks just like the description very beautiful! We really enjoyed the complimentary shuttle into Antigua. We had the best trip! Would highly recommend this place!

We share as a family in this beautiful house, very comfortable, the pool likes us a lot, the outdoor areas are very nice to be able to share, the kitchen is my large and there is everything to cook. the pool table area and ping pong table very nice to spend moments with the family. we will certainly return.

demanding place the house is small but very cozy and has what the necessary host is very attentive at all times and the manager Ersiodo is an excellent person very friendly and tempted, what we liked most was that the pool is fresh water that is phenomenal. I recommend it
