Great airbnb in a beautiful and calm location. Restaurants, groceries, and small fruit and vegetable store nearby. Great for long stays. The neighborhood has become my favorite in Quito. The host is very responsive and accommodating. The apartment is clean with a full functioning kitchen, the patio is a plus. I greatly recommend staying here.

The apartment is very nice, clean , very well equipped , in a strategic place and little noise to rest at night ,close to all amenities , I recommend it

This listing is exactly like the photos- spotless, clean and a beautiful modern building. The location is close to several corner stores, restaurants and pharmacies. The streets are well lit and felt safe at night. The host is very communicative and sent clear check in procedures.

There is a small issue with the links that they have posted and finding the door she described it very well, but I was a little confused in my maps were not working correctly, coming in at night. A very spacious and nice place. It had several games and entertainment as well as the temperate pool, it was very cozy and clean.
