The bed was very comfortable. The internet speed was good! I had to do some work while I was there and had no problem with sending and receiving files to the USA. It was nice having the extra bathroom and the lighting was good in both! The hot water and pressure were wonderful and we were able to take hot luxurious showers! Jorge was an excellent host and he went beyond call of duty to communicate and make our stay as comfortable as possible! Oh! It was a VERY great feature to have the land line phone so we could make local calls! In other places we had great difficulty making calls to anyone who does not have WhatsApp because our phones are US cell phones. Thank you, Jorge!”

The Megamaxi was super close so it made cooking and grocery shopping easy. The guards are hilarious and make you feel welcome. It is safe, secure, sparklingly clean, centrally located -- malls, shops, restaurants, and La Carolina park are all just steps away -- quiet (very easy to sleep and the bed is comfortable), has great amenities (the terrific pool, steam, and sauna), has a fantastic modern design (but with personal and unique touches warming it up), a great kitchen, and the absolute best bathroom and shower (his shower is amazing, with great water pressure and warm water). Communication with him was always easy and quick. I have stayed in Quito four times and this was BY FAR the best place I've stayed. I hope I'll get the opportunity to stay here again in the near future. Absolutely fantastic!”
