The apartment is as shown in the pictures. The neighborhood is quiet, well located, close to everything, just minutes from the airport and Old San Juan. In addition, parking on the sidewalk is allowed, so we were able to leave our car right under the apartment. The only thing that could improve is the water pressure in the shower, which was not very good. However, everything else was excellent, and Julio always responded quickly to any concerns I had.

The place is comfortable, clean, and very quiet. You can sleep peacefully without any noise. Mario is always helpful and ready to assist with any questions or issues. The place looks exactly like it does in the photos. We loved staying there.

My family and I stayed here while visiting family close by. It was perfect for what we needed for my wife and I, and 2 kids. Perfectly equipped with everything we needed. Very safe location and very safe neighborhood. The host was extremely responsive and very helpful with anything we needed. Even made last minute accommodations for us when we needed an extra night. Would definitely stay again. Thanks!

Awesome place for the price. Mart/bar across the street is very convenient and welcoming. Close to highway and therefore easy to get around.

This place was a 10 out of 10! From check in to check out we loved our stay, with our boys age 9 and 11. The outdoor area was awesome and we enjoyed the pool and the relaxing atmosphere. The landscaping and greenery was so lush and tropical- truly felt like a vacation. The home had everything we needed. The BEDS and linens were SO Comfortable! The office space was nice and the separation of the living room to the bedrooms was great too! We found many places to eat nearby- we drove to them all. A car is a must here. The hosts were very responsive and helpful and we had an amazing time. The home is even better than the pictures!

Host (Laury) was amazing. The house was in a great location. It was easy to get to anywhere in San Juan because it felt everything was 10 to 15 mins away from my location.

Was really easy to get there with Google maps. Once we got there it was super easy to get in everything was nice and spacious for my family of 5. We enjoyed of the pool, dining/living room area. The kitchen was great she is super thoughtful and has all the essentials and basic condiments. In one of the bathrooms she has a corner with different essentials products. We would definitely recommend to stay here it is a short drive to beaches. And would definitely love to return.

The house was everything we expected. It was in a great and quiet location. Commute to and from places were very convenient. It was extremely nice home with plenty of amenities and have a homey vibe. I left some things behind and the host was awesome at helping get those items back to me! I would definitely stay here again.

Ivan was super kind and let us check in hours in advance. The airbnb provided all essentials. The location was beautiful and the locals in the nearby area were so kind and friendly. If you are not from a busy area or used to outside noises, bring earplugs as there are many roosters in the area. They also stop serving food in the area relatively early and many places are closed on Sundays, so be prepared to do some grocery shopping.

Great place to spend with friends or family a lot of room to do activities in a great location close to everything

We had a great stay at this beautiful home in Cataño. The house is located on the second floor, so be prepared to carry luggage upstairs, but once you’re in, it’s a lovely space. When we arrived, there was an island-wide power outage, but the host was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Our group of 10 was able to sleep comfortably—though the room with the bunk beds was smaller than expected. The house is close to supermarkets, restaurants and the ferry which takes you to old San Juan. Overall, the house was clean, nicely maintained, and a great place for our family trip. Would definitely recommend!

This was my favorite airbnb experience of my life. The house is so unbelievably comfortable, everything is almost 15 minutes to anything you possibly want to do on the island, I got to see so many beautiful animals right behind the house, the sun rises RIGHT ALONG THE BACKYARD, and the host / entire family were SO WARM AND WELCOMING! I knew it was going to be a great stay when the very first day our host showed up to our house with a freshly cut papaya that they just took down that morning. It was so unbelievably fresh and delicious. My girlfriend and I also had the privilege of staying here during the infamous New Year’s Eve blackout!!! We were so lucky that the house had a back up generator and that everything we possibly needed, the host made sure of. It was pretty hard to find food on New Year’s Eve, and the host came by with a plethora food for us. I can’t get over how intimate the stay was & I can’t wait to come back & experience it again!!This stay is how airbnb SHOULD BE :)

This was our first time in PR and we loved this location. It was safe, fun, and steps away from the beach! The pool is also nice! Lots of restaurants nearby. The balcony was also very nice. We really enjoyed ourselves. Until next time!

I had a great stay at this condo in Puerto Rico! The host was incredibly nice and knowledgeable, offering great recommendations that really enhanced our trip. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Beach access was super convenient, and the pool area was a great bonus. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a relaxing and well-located getaway.

Bright clean space, close to both airport and Old San Juan. It was ideal for our first night in PR—a mother and her adult son—because we could create private sleeping space by closing a sliding partition between the 2 beds. The proximity and access to Condado Beach was a plus.

I have been coming to PR for years and most of my stays are at Ashford imperial!! Robert, was AMAZING!! The condo is beautiful, just the right amount of furniture, clean, beautiful view, all the amenities you need, and more!!! This is the top 3 of my list of places to stay in the 15 years I have been coming here!!! Some people you can’t make happy as one of the reviews but trust me there were no roaches or other problems with our stay! He was accommodating and got us in right away since our flight arrived early in the am!! Thank you Robert for allowing us to stay in your place!! We will be back!!!

We had a wonderful stay at José’s apartment. The location is perfect—quiet and peaceful, just steps away from the beach. Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the waves was truly relaxing. It's also very close to Ashford Avenue, with all the shops and restaurants within walking distance. The apartment looks exactly like the photos—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. José was a responsive and helpful host, providing clear instructions that made check-in smooth and easy. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Don't get me wrong. the place is in a great location in condado, Puerto Rico where it's walking distance to the placita. Pat did a great job of helping us through the power outage. however, we struggled the first day because the place didn't look like it did in the pictures and the building is dated and under construction.

Great stay and place for the price! Super responsive and even when I felt like an idiot they were always kind and helpful (note hot water for the shower is closest to the off side). Rooms were perfect for a quick visit and the area was super close to a supermarket which was so helpful to save on money. Great place highly recommend
