Good sleeping places with made beds, towels included, and everything ready upon arrival. A great base for exploring Hallingdal. Close to the centre and with a short distance to ski resorts, cross-country skiing, mountain hikes, Fiksevann and great cycling trails in the area. Beautiful in both summer and winter!

The farm Strandheim is located 532 meters above sea level in Kjøremsgrende, in the very south of the mountain village Lesja. The farm produces milk and meat and is located in quiet surroundings with beautiful nature, wildlife and mountains. The river Lågen in the immediate vicinity offers great opportunities for swimming and fly fishing in our zone. Short distance to Dovrefjell and Dombås, among others. You have the storage room for yourself. We now offer breakfast baskets with everything you need for a good start to the day. NOK 125 per person. Must be ordered the day before by 7 pm

To Sjusjøen cross-country skiing 8 km drive, to Hafjell/Hunderfossen Adventure Park 30 min, and Sjusjøen alpine for families only 10 min. Lillehammer city center 15 mins. Evening and Sunday open grocery store Mesnali 3 min. Bed linen and towels can be rented and must be pre-booked - price NOK 250/£20/€25 per set. Feel free to bring your own. We offer sleigh rides and ski instruction on cross-country skiing in the winter, please contact us if you are interested.

Here you can experience a real Norwegian traditional cabin with an outhouse, solar cell, wood burning, gasoline generator, water is collected in a spring and there is an outdoor shower. The cabin has 8 good beds and is located at Bøvertjønn in Bøverdalen. Well-equipped cabin in terms of cooking, beds and furniture. Perfect starting point for active days in the mountains, fishing, hunting, cave tours, snow hiking, Randonee, or just enjoy the silence. The cabin is located 50 meters from parking in summer, 800 meters to walk in winter.

The holiday home enjoys a very sunny location, 700 metres above sea level in Kvikneskogen. Located on a farmstead. Fully renovated in 2013 for rental purposes. The house is on two floors, where on the 1 floor is spacious and well-equipped kitchen , living room with TV, Dining area for 8, bathroom with shower and washing machine. On the first floor, there are four bedrooms. Sleeps up to 8 people. Room 1 with double bed (120-cm mattress) Room 2 with two beds (2 × 90 cm mattress) Room 3 with 1 bed (can be converted to a double).

Welcome to “HYGGA” – our cabin with a unique location right by the water's edge. Here you can enjoy a fantastic view of Savalen, surrounded by beautiful nature on all sides. There are great opportunities for excursions, both on foot and by bike. The area offers miles of well-marked trails, perfect for everything from leisurely strolls to longer day trips in varied terrain. The cabin is secluded and has spacious outdoor areas – ideal for enjoying the tranquillity, the views and the fresh mountain air.

The summer barn at Hovelsrud, Helgøya

The old summer barn of Hovelsrud Gård is idyllically located between Mjøsa and a rolling cornfield – a simple and unique place for those who want to get close to nature and enjoy the tranquillity of Helgøya. The house is best suited for a couple or a small family with up to two children. Inside, there is a bedroom and an open-plan living room. Outside there is a kitchen counter, with a gas burner and barbecue, a small beach with swimming opportunities and an outdoor toilet. There is no electricity.

Kårstua at Viken Fjellgård, by a fishing lake

Hytta ligger på Viken Fjellgård, en time fra Lillehammer, rett ved idylliske Espedalsvatnet, 720 m.o.h, og Langsua Nasjonalpark. Her kan man få stillhet og ro, bade, padle, besøke gruver, eller gå turer. Det er kort til høyfjell med mange turmuligheter, eller å gå ut fra gården langs vannet, på stier i skog og mark. Det er koselig uteplass med bålpanne på brygga ved naustet, og det er badestrand på andre siden. Våre gjester kan benytte våre to båter og kano fritt,og vi låner ut to fiskestenger.

Østerdalsstue at Kvebergshaugen

The house is located on a farm with sheep and dogs, next to the house where we live. The farm is located about 4 km south of Alvdal city center, and there is a short distance to both hiking areas and fishing opportunities. The house is a restored Österdal house from the 19th century, and the kitchen is well equipped (including microwave, kettle, coffee maker, coffee press and dishwasher). Cleaning fee of NOK 300 only covers preparation of rental unit and not final cleaning.
