To Sjusjøen cross-country skiing 8 km drive, to Hafjell/Hunderfossen Adventure Park 30 min, and Sjusjøen alpine for families only 10 min. Lillehammer city center 15 mins. Evening and Sunday open grocery store Mesnali 3 min. Bed linen and towels can be rented and must be pre-booked - price NOK 250/£20/€25 per set. Feel free to bring your own. We offer sleigh rides and ski instruction on cross-country skiing in the winter, please contact us if you are interested.

Viken Fjellgård is located by the lake Espedalsvatnet, an hour's drive from Lillehammer. And if you want to enjoy yourself indoors with a fire in the oven, something hot to drink, a good book or a game, or if you want to go skiing, go for a walk on snowshoes, a snowshoe hike, ice fishing, burn a fire, make a snow cave and snow lantern, or just look at the stars, then this can be the place. There are miles of prepared ski slopes. The trails start right outside the farm, or you can drive a short distance to start the trip on the high mountain.

Harehytta by the river

Rustic and cozy little cabin right by the river. Very simple standard (no bath/toilet), only outhouse and outdoor shower (only summer time) with cold water. Water can with drinking water and water for cleaning/cooking available. Here you wake up to the sound of the river and birdsong. The cabin has a garden, campfire area and a path to the river with a swimming area in summer. Dogs are welcome but should be kept on a leash as the property is not completely fenced. Linen and towels are included. Wood for the wood stove is available.

Charming, older house with a rustic romantic feel located at the heart of the idyllic Lustrafjorden. The house has everything you need to enjoy a cozy and peaceful stay by the fjord, including a long distance to the nearest neighbor, access to a nice swimming area by the jetty on the downside of the house, balcony and associated glazed winter balcony, large and flowery garden, several outdoor and indoor seating groups, wood-burning stoves in several living rooms and a well-equipped kitchen with appliances.

The house is located on a farm with sheep and dogs, next to the house where we live. The farm is located about 4 km south of Alvdal city center, and there is a short distance to both hiking areas and fishing opportunities. The house is a restored Österdal house from the 19th century, and the kitchen is well equipped (including microwave, kettle, coffee maker, coffee press and dishwasher). Cleaning fee of NOK 300 only covers preparation of rental unit and not final cleaning.

It is charming with low ceilings and painted panels inside. Pleasant small-paned windows in all rooms. In the kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare a meal, dishes, bowls and plates. Beautifully located with a view of Mjøsa, Norway's largest lake. Central with good bus and train connections to Moelv, 2 km away.
