Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Guelmim-Es Semara

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hans and Soukaïna’s property. Their hospitality was excellent, with regular updates and check-in texts from Hans making sure we were okay, organising meal times and even providing wonderful recommendations for things to do around the city. Their administration, from our pick up at the airport to checking in and out, was seamless. The option to use a trusted driver for transport throughout our stay - Majid - was extremely convenient for us. The villa itself was wonderfully decorated, clean and fitted with the best amenities. My son really enjoyed using the pool, which was heated, cleaned and kept well. Fatima graciously cooked a lovely breakfast for us each day, which my entire family throughly enjoyed. The villa’s surroundings are stunning and its location within a gated community with dedicated security adds safety. Overall, we had an amazing time in Villa Palmeraie Golf. We’d definitely recommend this property and would love to stay again.

Perfect location surrounded by well kept gardens within a complex of similar houses. The property was compact and perfect size for 2-4 people, very clean and lovely rooftop seating. Easy/short walk to the beach with endless stretch of sand to walk on. Lovely to sit with the veranda windows open in morning/evening listening to the birds. Unfortunately the complex pool is being renovated, so if you want to swim/laze by the pool you can ask to use the Ocean Dunes House/Hotel which charges 100 dhms/day (but it was worth it as I loved to swim each day, albeit cold). Not near to town or restaurants so it is best to have a car - I walked up to the paragliding hotel most days for a coffee (good to watch gliders take off and nice breeze/views). We would definitely stay again.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful house. While the pictures on the site looked great, the reality is even better. Mina, the owner, was very kind and accommodating throughout our engagement, and she made extra efforts to accommodate our partie’s early flight, which we greatly appreciated. Hamou, who looks after the house, welcomed us warmly and was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. His support went above what was required, and we truly appreciated his presence. The house itself is stunning, with spacious and comfortable interiors. Most rooms are en-suite, and the living spaces are well-designed and enjoyable. The addition of the pool table was a fun bonus that we made great use of during our stay. The outdoor area was particularly beautiful , with lovely trees and a large pool. Everything you need to relax and take in the surroundings. Overall. We truly enjoyed our stay and would totally recommend.

Incredible property with airy architecture and a commanding view of the ocean and epic sunsets. The perfect place to unwind. We'll be back!

Lovely family stay, Rachid was friendly & helpful aswell as Ahmed the gate man who was lovely, the villa is spacious & well equipped with the gym & inside pool which was good for the kids, rooms are big & beds comfy, the outside space is nice & there’s tortoises in the garden which the kids loved to feed, the location is great with a car it’s right near croc parc, the surrounding area is peaceful & there’s local shops nearby with a small market aswell as bakeries etc please visit here if staying the prices are so much lower than central agadir & it’s putting money back into the local people. We loved going down & buying the fresh bread, fruit & cakes. I would say the kitchen wasn’t that great to cook for the 5 of us we struggled & the oven glass kept falling out aswell as some things hadn’t been cleaned at all, there’s no sun loungers either but the majority of the time we found that the garden is in the shade due to the position of the Villa.

Charaf was very helpfull. The place lays on the top of the village and you have a direct view to the main Surfspot of Sidi Ifni. The patio is very sensitivly built. In general a very beautiful and peacefull place. I would absolutely return to.

Nour's villa was exactly as it is in the photographs. The location was excellent with panoramic views of the mountains. We had hired a car and conveniently located to drive around to different towns easily. Access to the private pool was a real plus and we had a few days of just lounging by the pool, soaking up the sun. Nour was extremely responsive and an excellent host. We will certainly be back again.

Nice place for family especially with kids. enjoying pool and beach. visiting other close sites (Aglou, Tiznit, Mirleft, Legzira, Sidi Ifni..)

Great host, Roni was extremely helpful throughout. Great location. A little noisy at nights from the busy streets. But other than that, it was an excellent stay. Definitely recommend this place :)

super great place ! we loved the terrace sunsets and the apartment has everything you need. Mirleft is a great Village with nice restaurants and shops nearby. Legzira is 20 minutes by car. Younes is super kind and helpful and very responsive. We highly recommend !

Friendly host contactable at all times can arrange airport transfer if required was also able to accommodate a later check out which was appreciated after a later flight. Many thanks for having us would recommend to others.

The appartement is great, very clean, have everything you will need for your stay; with nearby markets and coffee/restaurant. It's a new area in Agadir, quiet, calm and peaceful.

We had a wonderful stay, everything was as advertised, clean, well-equipped and very pleasant to live in. But what really made the difference was Mouhcine's warm welcome and availability. It's rare to come across a host who is also attentive, caring and caring. He did everything he could to make our stay go smoothly, and we sincerely thank him for that. We really enjoyed this experience and we recommend this place without a second thought: an address to remember absolutely if you come to Agadir!

Apartment was very spacious and comfortable for five of us. Apartment block was well maintained and felt very safe. Lots of cafes and shops nearby. Beach was a short walk away as was the souk. Host was really flexible with check in and check out times. Nice clean pool and quiet block.

Ideally located in a quiet area close to the Palais Royal and 5 minutes walk from Marjane and shops, 15 minutes by car from the great souk or the sea, the accommodation is very well arranged, very clean, as described, has all the kitchen tools, and Houda is a welcoming, proactive and flexible host. The value for money is exceptional. I came back for the third time with as much pleasure as ever.

My 3 teenage children,my wife and I had a very nice stay in Agadir and the apartment contributed a lot! Spacious, comfortable, peaceful , very clean, very well equipped …beautiful! We are usually required but this is really the first time I have found no flaws in an apartment! exemplary welcome quality. Had a great time at Abdallah's! The welcome was warm from day one, and throughout my stay, he was available for any questions. The accommodation was perfectly as described, clean, quiet, in a good location, and ideal for a long stay. Abdallah was able to create a place where you can feel at home. Very nice apartment, family, very clean and well-equipped. A secure and quiet modern residence. We felt at home there after a few minutes (time to unpack the suitcases😀) The apartment is well located and you have the essentials of Agadir 10 minutes away. Finally Jamal has thought of everything that can make our stay enjoyable. We received all the necessary information, tips and recommendations ( places, restaurants...) before and throughout your stay. For a first Airbnb experience, we couldn't have dreamed of better.
