Everything coincided according to the photos, Fernando and Verónica's service was good. Hint to put Cable TV There were noisy neighbors who didn't let sleep, A203 should consider checking that issue for future guests as it's annoying not being able to sleep well.

Our stay was very pleasant. The house is in very good condition. The beds, the sofas...all very comfortable. The people serving the house and the kitchen were very attentive, they made our stay very special. The apartment already has WiFi and is appreciated. The social areas are very nice. The staff who also take care of the pool bar of 10.

I have stayed in 4 different apartments in this same complex and this is the best we have seen. The apartment is very comfortable and is very well-equipped, even with medicine. The master bedroom didn't have an open TV available but you can use streaming services with your personal account without a problem. Fabian answered all my super quick questions. We just need to update the maintenance costs, as the description mentions $350 and I was actually charged $650, but I understand this charge is standalone.

The place completely met our expectations, it has an unbeatable location, a nice view, Mrs. Eva ( does the cleaning) is kind and respectful. Aaron from the start to the end of the pending reservation, he is a super host. We'll definitely be back in our next vacation.

204 is spectacular! Exactly as described and photographed. Away from the busy part of town but close enough for a short (3 mins) golf cart ride to a very popular beach. Our host was amazing and very responsive. The AC was amazing after being at the warm beach all day. Beds were cozy and floors very clean. Large enough kitchen to cook and wonderful patio to sit and enjoy the insane view. Fabulous stay and can’t wait to stay again

Farid is very friendly, the place is very nice, the pool is spectacular, although we noticed that the service in it (drinks and snacks) is not excellent, since the people who serve are not always attentive and one must go for their drinks, when they supposedly should go to each other's place. The apartment is very nice, the pool view is very nice, the terrace is also a very nice place to read or relax. The only thing that seems to be specified is that the third room corresponds to the adapted service room; it has its own bathroom, however the space is very small and there is a bunk bed whose mattresses are narrower than those of individual size. The other two bedrooms are very good size and perfectly conditioned, with very comfortable beds. In general, it is a highly recommended place, I just consider that it is not necessary to specify what is related to the third room.

Our stay was extremely pleasant, the depa has everything: tidy, clean, beautiful, harmonious, with a beautiful terrace, it was like being at home, . The complex is amazing - endless greenery, spectacular pools, even the slide. It has a river of waves, which unfortunately is under maintenance. The access to the beach is super well, it can be by truck or walking approx. 10 min. The people are very helpful and willing to help. Maria and Miguel were on the lookout. It was definitely a pleasant experience that I would definitely repeat.

Our vacation went well. The owner of the apartment was very friendly and helpful. She always came to the rescue in any situation. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sabina's Airbnb in Cuautla, and it was an exceptional experience from beginning to end. Every aspect of the stay exceeded my expectations, making it a trip to remember.

The apartment is very cozy, everything clean and tidy, it feels very quiet, it is quite central which allows you to walk to the market, downtown and more places, it is next to a main avenue but I feel the noise is not uncomfortable, I loved the view of the balcony, also the TV has platforms to enjoy streaming.

We really enjoyed our month long stay! The apartment was cozy and as described! The wifi was really good and there was a nice tv with Netflix. You can see the hills through the kitchen window, the fans were really quiet, nice breeze came into the bedroom too! The bed is a bit small but comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and extra bonus they brought us water! Air bnb first! Definitely extra points for that! The location is quiet and very walkable and there is a great tienda and tortillería close by. All in all a great deal and a great place to stay Ixtapa!

This Airbnb was spectacular. The layout of the space is excellent, impeccable cleanliness, and unbeatable privacy. He met all the amenities offered, and Tomás, the host, was always kind and attentive. His local recommendations were a 10/10, we discovered amazing places! Also, the part that they offer you extra things (at an extra cost) is a big plus. We loved it!
