Sparkling clean flat in Guildford with parking

Come and stay in our refurbished flat in the basement of our Victorian town house. Guests also have a beautiful light-filled lounge. We have just added a Nespresso machine and pods! Spacious for couples & business travellers. Very close to Guildford's historic High Street and 2 minutes from London Road Guildford train station. Shops, restaurants, G Live Arts Centre, Yvonne Arnaud theatre, Guildford Castle and Stoke Park are all within walking distance. Guest parking for one car on the drive.

Peaceful stay in Frimley village

Welcome to our Annex. Located down a restricted road it is both very safe and quiet. You will find the accommodation tastefully decorated with a comfortable bed, modern shower room and general work/dining area. The living area opens out through patio doors onto our shared garden. Ideally located for all transport links i.e. M3, A3, Main line trains to London and close to Heathrow (25 mins) and Gatwick (45mins). There is a hourly direct bus service to Heathrow (730/731 ) with the stop 200m away.

Recently completed flat with own access next to our modern house. Within a 5 minute walk to the river and High Street, and a 10 minute walk to the station. The setting is very quiet and the flat has been built to a high standard with a wonderful picture window giving the impression of being in the trees, and solar shading to keep the other aspect cool. A full kitchen and good sized shower room. Can provide digital resident's car parking vouchers at £5/day, requires your car reg. no.

Newbridge Cottage

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. We are less than a minutes walk to the Downs Link which is popular with walkers and cyclists and a short distance to the Surrey Hills and the Cranleigh High Street. There is a One Stop convenience store and a kids playground within a short walking distance. Little Willow is set in our walled garden and is a self contained annex to our home. It was completed in October 2020. It has a bedroom/sitting room with a king size bed, sofa, table and two chairs and a smart tv. There is also a kitchenette with kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, microwave, hob and fridge. The modern bathroom has a large walk in shower and heated towel rail. Travel cot and occasional bed available on request at an additional charge.
