Great location! 100% of recent guests gave the location a 5 star rating. Beautiful, New, Modern Two Bedroom withTwo En Suite Bathrooms, Large Open Kitchen & Living Room, Large Patio OverlookingTropical Gardens, Pool, Wi-Fi. Located just out of the busy restaurant/bar areas but close enough to walk to some of the best restaurants in Costa Rica. The villas are built as close as is legal to the ocean. Your beach is through the garden, past the pool, and is the most beautiful & amazing beach.

Studio Gitana steps away from Surf Yoga & Dining

Steps away from the best restaurants and retail at the beach. One short block from the north beach entrance. Well-stocked mini supermarket with ATM around the corner. Other conveniences are a fun coffee shop, gelato and empanada stands and specialty beachwear boutiques. Within a few meters exercise options include yoga studios, surf shops, a gym, and a bike shop. Several friendly bars nearby and many eating options. Expect lively music two to three nights a week usually ending by 10:30 pm.

Ocean Front Studio Apartment ON THE BEACH with AC!

Wake up and step onto the beach! This is a real, Costa Rican experience, including wildlife (which can start very early in the morning:). Enjoy meeting locals, playing in ocean waves, and seeing iguanas and howler monkeys. Villa Margarita is a place unlike any other. The bungalow style apartment sits on the oceanfront of a local Sámaran family’s long-time property. It is one of the few tree-covered areas on Playa Sámara.
