Liz and Simon welcome you to your holiday cottage in a charming old hamlet. You will enjoy the use of a private garden as well as a warm, comfortable interior. La Petite Maison is a 4 minute walk from a boulangerie (breakfast not supplied). Berrien is 5 mins drive from a supermarket in Huelgoat, and to its cafés, shops and restaurants on the lake. Berrien has some beautiful countryside, such as Huelgoat forest and the paths of the Monts d'Arrée. Morlaix - 22km, Carnatec/Locquirec 38km

Charming little house near the beaches

A small stone house in the old village of Kerzellec on the Chemin des Peintres. Everything is designed to help you relax in peace between the waves 500 meters away at the end of the road and the birdsong. You will be charmed by this old 18th century bread oven, completely restored for a stay in the heart of Pouldu where everything is done on foot: (in season) bakery, restaurants, bars, grocery store, all surrounded by six beaches, each as charming and different from each other.

This charming property dates back to the 18th century when it was a humble dairy farm. The 2 acre site has well tended gardens with no open water so suitable for young children. This is a very quiet location, with no neighbors, roads or traffic nearby. The gîte comprises of an open-plan kitchen/dinner with living room, and a bathroom with large shower on the ground level. Up the steep stairs is a generous airy family room with plenty of drawer and hanging space.

Two large bedrooms and a large room in between, with a large selection of DVDs and videos and hundreds of French and English books, including many for children. Recently-installed kitchen huge main room with log burner and a large collection of CDs and vinyl, all available for you to play. South-facing terrace, ample parking and large pétanque terrain at your disposal, complete with all equipment.
