A mini chalet with a magnificent view of the village and the pond, where you can enjoy by the fireplace in winter. 5 minutes to Ulamış village center. A Chalet with a great location 20 minutes from the seaside such as Seferihisar, Sığacık, Akarca, and beach clubs (places such as Sahil Beach, Mali Beach, Akkum Beach). You can taste the famous Karakılçık ata bread and Armola Cheese baked in the stone oven of the village, and visit our village market. Note: We have 2 cats in the garden of our house that were later included in our house.

This charming studio of 30m2, just a few minutes walk from the harbor and the city center has been designed as open plan area, with a queen size bed, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a fireplace, a sitting area, a desk, as well as a bathroom with shower. It accommodates up to 2 people, ideal for couples and for long stays as it is equipped with all the necessary facilities. A private veranda of 70m2 surrounds the house and offers relaxing moments and magnificent sea and mountain view.

Special attention was given to the decoration, to the luxury and the comfort. We would like you to take a break in this unique house on 12 acres of land in Urla Kekliktepe to share your memories and add a new one to your memories. If you want to realize some things about life, you're in the right place. Our house has 1 double King size bed measuring 200 x 200, 1 single bed and a large armchair. The number of beds is increased with inflatable floor beds for extra people. Rabbits, cats and squirrels will accompany you during your break.

Our house, which has its own garden in a secure site at the seaside, is for rent in the summer season (at least 3 day). In our newly restored house three 4 year ago. The house has 2 floors. On the first floor: there is a living room, a kitchen and a small sink. On the 2nd floor: there are 3 bedrooms (2 rooms have a balcony), and a toilet / bathroom. The house is very close to Urla Kite Surf. Surf area can be seen directly from the balcony.
