Enjoy the beautiful sunset, great hiking and biking, and the opportunity for fishing and rich birdlife. Nice little kitchen, which is in open connection with the living room. Bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and underfloor heating. Cozy living room with access to the lovely wooden terrace, which is screened. 1 floor is utilized with 2 rooms. There are 2 lovely wooden terraces, one facing east and one facing west, as well as a balcony, there are magnificent views from both the terrace and balcony.

The cottage is placed in first row to the sea, with outstanding view to the beautiful Grønsund, close to the idyllic municipality Stubbekøbing. Cosy and closed well maintained garden with sheltered spots and two terraces. (Please be aware: The hedge around the garden has been felled in January 2025, and new hedge plants have been planted. Only in 3 years will the garden be closed again). Small sand Beach with Jetty Activities: Hiking, Biking, Angeln, Surfing, Kayaking, etc. Bicycles included!

Spacious nordic living in rural surroundings

Enjoy some time in the Danish countryside, in this spacious house, close to the sea. With 30 mins to Rødby, 40 mins to Gedser and just over an hour to Copenhagen, the house is conveniently located in one of the most beautiful parts of Denmark, on the banks of the northern part of Falster. The house is a shared summer-house owned by two families, and can easily accommodate 10 people. The area provides ample opportunities for enjoying nature with water, forrests and fields just outside the door.

Large beautiful plot of 1200m2, away from the road. Very child-friendly, with plenty of room for play and ball games. The house is about 400 meters from Denmark's best beach, 150 meters to the grocery store, pizzeria & ice cream shop. About 3 km to Marielyst's cozy square.
 The house is heated with a heat pump, wood-burning stove and electricity, so there is plenty of opportunity to enjoy the house on cold days. 
The house TV is not connected to TV channels, but there is Chromecast in the TV.

Welcome to our "sommerhus". It is 135m2 and located 700m (10 minutes) from the beach and Marielyst's center. During the renovation, we attached great importance to sustainable materials, Nordic design and a wide range of activities. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, heated pool, outdoor shower, sandpit, playhouse, smart TV, WiFi and activity room with table tennis, table football and a climbing wall. Our architect designed house is 115 m2. It is situated fantastically in the first row behind the dike - less than 100 m to the beach. You will enjoy the view over the dike and the sea - from the extensive patio or from a walk at the dike along the coast. The kitchen faces the sea as the terrace - so rooms and nature become on beautiful and calming experience. Room with a view: The master bed room faces the sea towards South and East. It has its own bath room.

The cottage is the perfect choice for those who want to spend their vacation close to the water and the fresh sea air. Take a refreshing dip or take a walk along the beautiful coastline with direct access to the beach. It is only about a 5-minute walk to a small, nice beach with a jetty in a very child-friendly area.

Discover our 200-year-old and very idyllic and quietly located fisherman's house with thatched roof and timber frame. The house consists of a main house, a beautiful guest house and a workshop with a covered terrace and built-in fireplace and grill. The house is south-facing and overlooks a small cozy harbor with a jetty in a small village, a short distance from the old market town of Nysted on southern Lolland.
