Wonderful 3 bedroom/3 bath condo with twin xl bunk beds across the street from the beach. 1 minute walk to the beach! Has 2 covered balconies, 1 off the LR and 1 private balcony off of master bedroom. Sit outside rain or shine! Huge dining room table to eat or play games with bar for extra seating (or set up as a work space). Provided- 4 beach chairs, tent, beach toys. No beach towels provided. Has community pool and hot tub. Minimum age is 25 years old.

It has 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, and an open kitchen and living room and balcony. It also has an elevator and shared ground deck area with barbecue grills and outdoor shower with hot and cold water!
