Here you will find a fully-equipped kitchen with most of what you need. A small but smart bathroom with toilet and shower. Laundry room with dryer. Spacious bedroom with double bed as well as a sofa bed in the TV room. Here you live with the forest close by and two nature reserves with several hiking trails and bird lakes nearby. Welcome to beautiful Västervik! The 30 sqm house contains a fully-equipped kitchen, a complete bathroom with shower, bedroom with 2 beds and sleeping loft for 2 people. Pillows, blankets, bed linens and towels are included in the price. Of course, there are TV, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth speakers. Bicycles are available to borrow, it is only about 10 minutes to Västervik Resort and about 15 minutes to the city center. PLEASE NOTE: The house has been expanded in 2025 to add a proper bedroom.

Our garden house is a newly renovated accomodation located close to baths, golf and nature with walking distance to the town centre-approximately 10-15 minutes. The house is equipped with a fridge, freezer, stove, oven and a microwave oven and all the kitchen utensils you might need. During the summer months you also have access to a barbecue. One bathroom with toilet and a shower cubicle. There are 5 beds; one king size bed, one bunk bed and one sofa bed. We wish you very welcome!

In Västervik's archipelago is beautiful Gränsö, which is a peninsula and a nature reserve located about 5 km from the center of Västervik. Västervik became the summer city of the year in 2020. On a unique waterfront plot in one of Gränsö's best locations, we rent out our fresh 56 sqm cottage, from 2013. The cottage has 2 bedrooms + sleeping loft, kitchen and living room in an open plan with a fireplace. The cottage sleeps a total of 5 people. Toilet with shower and washing machine.

Relax with the whole family in this accommodation by a private lake surrounded by the Småland forests. At the lake, you can fish and swim. The house is only 10 minutes from the summer town of Västervik, and 30 minutes from Astrid Lindgren's World. Within 10 minutes by car, there are several lakes for fishing. The property consists of a house of 100 sqm and a guest house of 25 sqm as well as a terrace of 80 sqm with a view.
