The restoration of our stone house in Ayvacık Sazlı village was completed 8 years ago. We opened the upper floor of our newly decorated house to our guests, my wife and I live on the lower floor. Experience the beauties of our village with a view of Lesvos, full mountain and sea where 6 people can easily stay. You will be accompanied by the large garden and all the sounds and colors of nature. The port of Assos is only a few km away from the historic Behramkale. You can reach Küçükkuyuin 20 minutes with your vehicle.

There are old houses on the street, but when you enter the house, you will enter another world. It takes 10 minutes to get to Cunda and Sarımsaklı from the back road. There are 4 parking lots around. Climatized with Qubishi air conditioning. Parking close by car on Thursday is possible in the evening, a market is established.

Our little house is located on the Bergama Kozak plateau, in the forest, within walking distance to the village. It is 30 km from the center of Ayvalık and Bergama. There is a 800 m2 fenced garden area for a comfortable time outdoors. There is a fire burning area in the garden and a playground with various ball playgrounds. In addition, our bungalow has its own garden jacuzzi for 4 people. Jacuzzi fee is extra, 1500 TL per day We look forward to an unforgettable holiday in touch with nature with your loved ones.

Our house is located in the village of Pınarbaşı in Kaz Mountains, 3 km away from Zeylinlik and 8 km from Akçay. Due to the location of the village, you can enjoy plenty of oxygen, a unique bay and forest views in peace. There is 1 toilet on the ground floor, a seating area (there can be a sofa bed for 3 people), an open kitchen and a balcony, and on the upper floor there is 1 toilet bathroom and 2 bedrooms. One room has a double bed and the other has 2x single beds. Our house has 2 gardens, front and back.
