Очень близко парк Цицинатела, но центр Кобулети далековато для пешей прогулки, ходят маршрутки. В номере, кондиционер, санузел, все работает. Шезлонги и зонты платные. В соседних отелях на данный момент цены в 2 раза выше минимум, так что соотношение цена - качество 👍И очень дружелюбные хозяева, помогут во всем
