This semi-detached house has an unparalleled sunny location overlooking Hundfjället & Tandådalen. That together with its own outdoor spa and well selected material choices make the house quite unique. 5 bedrooms and kitchen in an open plan with the living room. Outside the house, the cross-country ski and scooter tracks pass by in the winter, and about 200 meters away, the ski and swimming bus stop. During the winter season, the house is only rented weekly with Saturday as a changeover day. During the winter season (full week) cleaning is included on departure in the price.

In the beautiful village of Fjällbäcken in Lindvallen is our apartment. In the area, there is a pool and paddle tennis court (the pool's opening hours are June-August). Fjällbäcken is a newly built area in 2024 and our apartment is located about 250 meters from the new lift Söderåsen Express (with heated seats, etc.). From here you can reach all the slopes in Lindvallen. Most things you will find in walking distance such as Experium with water park, spa, bowling, restaurants and shops. Also proximity to cross-country trails, hiking trails, climbing park and bike paths/trail.

Enjoy quiet days in a cozy cabin with a brand new wood-fired sauna, perfect for relaxing after hiking in the mountains or a day on the slopes. The cabin is large (109 sqm), spacious and open. The surrounding area has good hiking conditions both on foot, on skis and by bike. There is the possibility of hunting and fishing. Right outside the door, there is a well-developed network of well-prepared ski slopes. It is a short distance to the alpine resorts in Trysilfjellet (25 minutes) and Sälen (35 minutes). Here you have proximity to activities both in summer and winter.

Forget about everyday worries in this spacious home near slopes, cross-country trails, and stunning scenery. In our cabin you have most things for family and friends to enjoy. 4+2 beds. In bedroom 1 there are 2 bunk beds with 90 cm mattresses. In bedroom 2, there is a bed with 140 cm mattress. Bathroom with shower cabin, washing machine and sauna. In the hallway there are drying cabinets and shoe dryer. In the cabin no pets or smoking are allowed. Please bring own sheets and towels. Before departure, the guests clean themselves. Welcome to this cozy newly built attefallhus with a lovely view of Hundfjället & Tandådalen that suits the slightly smaller company. Here you will find the cross-country tracks right outside the door as well as proximity to the ski slopes where you can get by car or the ski bus that goes about 50 meters from the cabin. You also have snowmobile trail near the cottage. In summer there are nice hikes and bike trails. The cottage has all the amenities such as a fully equipped kitchen, sleeping loft, spacious bathroom, fireplace and sofa bed.

Enjoy Sälenfjällen in this cozy cabin near Tandådalen ski slopes. The cottage of 60 sqm has everything needed for, for example, the family with its 6 beds divided into 3 bedrooms. A spacious and cozy master bedroom with fireplace, and 2 simple bedrooms with bunk bed. Wifi, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, dining area and living room with fire place. Separate sauna house with dressing room. Very close to cross country ski tracks and the ski bus. *Can also be rented with the cabin next door if you want to hang out with more friends.

The cabin is located on a large plot in lovely Gusjösätern overlooking the ski slopes in Östra Tandådalen. The area is genuine and has a lovely tranquility all year round. Ski bus passes the plot several times a day in winter and easily takes you to and from Tandådalen/Hundfjället. You can also take a short walk of about 500 meters to the lifts in Östra Tandådalen. The area connects to several cross-country tracks that are connected to both the Myrflodammen and the Kalven loops. We also welcome dogs in the cottage.

Området ligger på fridfullt läge med ski in-ski out möjlighet till liften Söderåsen Express med uppvärmda säten och vindskydd. Lägenheten ligger på behagligt promenadavstånd till Experium med dess faciliteter såsom äventyrsbad, bowling och restauranger. Fjället ligger runt hörnet så njut av såväl alpin- som längdskidåkning på vintern som cykling, fjällvandring, pool och padelbana finns att nyttja på området!

Sälen, Nice and cozy cabin in mountain environment.

Cozy, traditional cottage up on the mountain. The cottage is close to the ski slopes of Östra Tandådalen. By car it takes about 5 minutes and the ski bus goes on the road below. Cross-country trails around the knot. Summertime there are activities like hiking and biking in the area. To Högfjäll area with restaurants and grocery store it is a few kilometers. Fresh, modern and well-equipped cottage with cozy decor in central Tandådalen with close distance also to Hundfjället. The timbered house is 40 m² and consists of a large cottage with sofa corner, kitchen area and dining area, one bedroom, hall, tiled bathroom with washing machine as well as fast wifi. On the property, there is also our larger cabin, which we sometimes use or rent out.
