The house is suitable for 4-5 people. 1-2 people can then sleep on a comfortable sofa bed in the living room (there is a door that can be closed). The sleeping area is on the upper floor, where a wall separates the double bed from a single bed, so it is like two bedrooms. The double bed can be separated into single beds. Cozy little house, lake view and forest plot, Värmdö

A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, lake views from both windows and terrace. Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to town in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is 10 minutes away by car/bus. Bicycles can be borrowed to pedal up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.
