It was an extremely clean and tidy house. Bathroom, kitchen, living room were tidy and clean everywhere. The kitchen equipment was great, coffee machines, dishes and pots were all available to make and eat your own food. There were all the cleaning supplies that a home should have, and we especially loved this side. The location is less than 1 minute by walking to Urla art street. The host was very caring and asked if we needed anything soon after entering the house. It was a great place to stay for us and we felt at home.

If you are looking for the opportunity to stay in peace, it is absolutely great. It was a much nicer place than we saw in the photos. Mr. Ozan provided everything we needed for the house, thank you for your kind hospitality

We communicated very quickly with Mr. Mustafa and other friends. I found a positive answer to every question. I searched for flaws in the house, but I could not find the slightest defect. I enjoyed my barbecue in the garden, I rested with pleasure and tuum tiredness for 3 days. If I ever come back, I don't need to look for another place for the url. It was my only address

Mr. Mert and his wife are very friendly and caring. It is a house where you will find peace in the lush nature with its garden and rabbits, and it is very close to the center. Everything you need is available at home, even possible situations have been considered. Every house I preferred was clean, but the linens and pillows in this house were so clean that we felt more at home. We would love to come back, I highly recommend it.

It is in a very nice location, very close to all bus stops, especially if you don't have a car. We came without a car and you can reach the buses to Çeşme-Alaçatı within a 5-minute walk. 5 minutes to Urla Art Street by dolmus and bus. The house is also a house that is quite enough for the resort. The view and silence of the balcony is especially pleasant. The host is also very easy to reach, very understanding and helpful:)

The hosts live downstairs, they took good care of us from check-in to checkout. We were able to get a quick response to our questions. The garden is very well maintained and pleasant. We were able to take advantage of all the facilities in the garden. The house is sparkling clean. We stayed 4 people, but it is a large house, even 6 people can stay comfortably. It is a great advantage to have 2 bathrooms. The only negative is the sound of traffic to the front room when the window is open. A house we would want to stay in again if we go to Urla again.

I had my first Air BnB experience with Ms. Huri,she was very nice and caring. I felt like I was almost at home with my friend. It is also not very difficult to get along, if you want to stay, you can choose it without hesitation. :)

I have to say right off the bat that the overall five star rating is very well deserved. Our host, Mr. Kubilay was in touch before the start of our journey. He gave detailed instructions and both hosts were waiting in person to welcome us. Mr. Kubilay was kind enough to help me with the bags to the apartment. The apartment is exactly as seen in the photos. It is very clean with all the necessary things for a longer stay. The beds are very comfortable and all of us slept soundly. The location is great with markets right down the block. The neighbourhood is very lively and we had a great time walking along the sea front promenade most evenings. We commuted with the tram most of the time with the station a 5 minute walk from the apartment. There is a taxi stand down the street and cabs to Basmane train station cost around 250-280 tl. If we are in Izmir again, this would be our preferred place to stay.

Ramazan it a great and very responsive host his house was beautiful with a great surrounding clean instructions were given by him for check in and free parking is available nearby if you are renting car you can easily find parking near his house definitely I recommend his place to everyone and I gonna book his place for sure next time as well

Place was great, owners answered every question i had in maximum 10 mins. Place is clean, lightning is great, has a great balcony. Location was great. (restourants, coctail places, coffee shops etc.)
