(Gwakji Beach, Handam Promenade, Gonae Port) There is a large public car park in front of the property, making parking convenient, and it is located in an alley, so it is quiet. There are numerous coffee shops and bars within walking distance, including Hotang, Jaerae Miaewol, Hachida Jibang, Lendis Donut, Piz Burger, Indian Summer, Hoker Centre, Sushi Aewol, Aewol Hoe Centre, and BHC Chicken. Nearby, the large supermarkets Nonghyup Hanaro Mart and Daiso are also within a 10-minute walk. The bus stop and a 24-hour convenience store are a 3-minute walk away.
