It was nice that it was close to department stores, cafes, restaurants, etc. because it was located in the downtown area. The accommodation is tidy and pretty. Thanks to you, I had a comfortable stay.❤️

We stayed for a month in Korea in Dec / Jan. Emma's place was perfect for this trip! Not only was the place in a great location, but it was such a lovely home with lots of natural lighting. Emma is also a super responsive host. When I go back to Korea, I will definitely stay again at this place.

Jake's place is perfect! You couldn't have a better place like this: perfect and centric location with superb transport connections to the city and to Incheon Airport which is very far from the city center. Gaya, very much thank you for the perfect korea holiday as he was so helpful on everything. Transport, Food, deliveries, places. you name it he got it. Moon was a very very perfect tour guide as well, friendly, helpful, making sure everyone was looked after. If anyone travelling to Korea, just look for gaya or Coze group and you will have a hassle free holiday despite having elders or babies. Very much highly recommended to stay with Coze vacation rentals.

We had a lovely stay!! Quiet, clean and fully equipped We love the location, everything just around the house, we can spend 3 day around seongsu area without travelling to other area.

I spent around 5 days in Seoul and was fortunate enough to stay here. The neighborhood is quiet and quiet peaceful, although the walk there is a little bit of incline from the Achasan Station. The distance was quite near though around 10 minutes of walking, so it was not a hassle. Overall, we had a great stay. The place was easy to find, clean, spacious, with a great value to us. The amenities provided was complete, as is noted on the website before. Also, Seunghee was very responsive and easy to communicate with especially regarding recommendations and how to get to the area. We would definitely recommend this place and totally book here again if we decided to go to South Korea :)

It was a delight to stay at this property, tucked away on a quiet road in the outer suburbs of Seoul. The property was quiet and comfortable, with a well equippee kitchen. As it is at the end of Metro Line 9, it is well situated for Gimpo airport and exploring Gaehwadong. The closest restaurants are 20 mins walk away around Gaehwasan station, but there is a GS25 around the corner.

We stayed at a few places during our vacation in South Korea and here was the best one and best way to end the trip! The host's mom met us and was so helpful and just a really sweet and amazing host. She gave us three apples and was so thoughtful and showed us where everything was. The place was clean, comfortable and very central! Would definitely stay here if ever I visit! Definitely book this location!

I stayed for a long time because of the house construction, but it was quite pleasant and comfortable. The room was small, but it was nice that it was separated, and the windows were large, so it wasn't stuffy. If you mention the location, it's nagging ~ I liked it much better than the nearby multi-story accommodation ~

Sam’s place is exactly as what was showed in the post. It’s clean and has everything that you will need. It’s a 8-10min walk from Hongik Univ Station Exit 2. We would always start our travel to that station. There are a lot of food/restaurant options along the way to his house. Hongdae shopping street is within walking distance. Convenience stores and Olive Young are just steps away from the house. Sam’s place is your home away from home in Korea. Sam is also fluent in English. Communication was clear and he replies fast. It's close to the station, and the building and surrounding amenities are well equipped. The house was clean and well organized, and the host was very kind, so I was able to use it comfortably. I want to use it again if I get a chance.

A great place to stay in Songdo! The space was clean and very modern. All the amenities were there and they worked amazingly. Close to the metro and easy to move around! Highly recommend!
