This is a cozy 40-pyeong single-family house located in Changpyeong, famous for being a slow city, and is a new house that I built and manage with care. When you open the gate, a spacious lawn and open deck await you. You can have a barbecue party here or have fun with your pet. When you enter the house, the open living room spreads out, and the wonderful view of Wolbongsan Mountain seen from the window gives you healing. There is also a pine forest promenade around the accommodation, so you can take a slow walk and feel the relaxed charm of Changpyeong. And just 40 meters from the property, there is also a Changpyeong Golf Course (Par 3) that can be visited comfortably without a reservation! It's perfect for light exercise and relaxation. Take in the sunset scenery that changes every day and heal to your heart's content!

Therefore, please do not smoke inside or outside. In particular, you may be fined if you smoke indoors. 4. Only light meals that do not leave any odor or traces are allowed indoors. The Damyang House - Private House Vacation Rental

A Private house and property tucked away in the iconic Bamboo forests of Damyang County. Both the interior and exterior of the main house and guesthouse underwent a top-to-bottom renovation in November of 2025. New insulation and windows provide a much warmer house in the winter and cooler house in the summer.
