A B&B that is very good value for money, suitable for people who go to Hongdae before going to kspo to see a concert.

It was just as pretty as the photos, and the atmosphere was good, so I had a happy birthday with my friends. It was comfortable because all the necessary items were carefully and cleanly prepared. The bedding was comfortable and the smell of towels was good. I also used the turntable and the beam projector well.✨️

It was a great time in Seoul and house was great and very comfortable for us with six child! everything was perfect!

Hello fellow parent, you found this property because you saw it has a high chair and a Nuna Pack and Play. This place was perfect for our 1 year old. We didn't travel with any baby furniture, so when we got to Jiyeon's AirBnB, we had everything we needed! (For comparison, we also stayed in a fancy Myeongdong hotel, and immediately missed our baby-friendly AirBnB). The property is a basic Korean home that you'd expect your Grandma to live in. It has 3 spacious bedrooms, clean bathrooms with new showers, a common sitting area, a kitchen you can cook in, and a stacked washer/dryer. The grocery is next door in case you want to pick anything up. The location is an alley away from the main street noise. From the Itaewon subway stop, you are a 2 minute walk from the AirBnB, three streets away. Jiyeon is also very hands on to make sure her guests don't get lost and also have everything they need; a responsive host makes a world of difference. A+, would stay again when we return to Seoul!

I came here to spend a moment of healing with the dogs. Above all, it was very nice that there were no dog weight restrictions. It was even better because barbecue and fire pit were also available.

A large group of people have been to the workshop at the company! Everyone is satisfied with the review regardless of the ranks! 1. Location: It is within 15 minutes from the meadow bridge! Hanaro Mart is also close, and Ganghwa is also at the entrance, so it's easy to access! 2. Cleanliness: It's a multi-story structure, and both the first and second floors were clean. He also prepared all 8 bedding, and all the blankets were clean without any smell or contamination. 3. Convenience: There is an outdoor stove in the outdoor barbecue, and there is a griddle and electric induction, so it was cold, but I was able to barbecue comfortably. The refrigerator was large, so it was good to store food, and there were plenty of utensils! I made a reservation suddenly, and even though I had a lot of requests, thank you for your kindness and warm response! I highly recommend this as a dine-in home!

I had a good rest in a clean and secluded accommodation. It's a place I want to come again.

It was a place that made me feel better because the hosts were so kind. The interior was clean and it was nice to rest quietly! I was worried because it rained on the day I visited, but it was nice that the barbecue facility was also indoors. It was an accommodation I'd like to come again next time👍👍

I was surprised that the view was better than the photos. I liked it the most among the West Sea accommodations. I liked that the quality of disposables and the cleanliness of the bathroom were high!

We are a group of seven ladies coming for a leisure trip. Gayá has given us a warm welcome and explained to us how to ask them for assistance in using Seoul’s taxi/food deliveries etc in a local way. The rooms are spacious and clean. it’s a big bonus that it provides laundry facilities. You can get all the amenities e.g. slippers/toothbrush/toothpaste/shower/shampoo/conditioner/lots of towels just the same as hotels. All the electrical appliances including the air conditioners work well and had made our stay so comfortable. Just some points to note: for people who are easily awaken by light it’d be nice to bring your own eye shield coz some of the rooms use blinds rather than blackout curtains. Just an issue for people who are sensitive to light. The neighbourhood itself is quiet and safe and we all feel very relaxed throughout our stay. Overall I’d highly recommend to big groups travelling to Seoul especially for groups of families.

It was second time staying here and again we had a wonderful experience. Transportation walkable in 5 mins. Lots of restaurants and malls in 10 mins. The place was very clean and looks just like pictures. I really recommend this place!

Welcoming, generous, and bilingual host. Clearly takes pride in maintaining the gardens and the house interior and cleanliness. Top-notch appliances and furnishings. Mattresses were a bit hard and the bath towels a bit small but maybe this is better-suited for local Korean preferences. Once you arrive at Louie House, you feel you have everything you need.

The accommodation was beautifully decorated. In particular, the bedding was so fluffy, soft, and nice. I think you paid a lot of attention to the interior. I was so satisfied to choose it as an accommodation on my birthday.

We stayed for a month and enjoyed everything around where we are at. A host was so helpful to what we need. I recommend this place.

It's really cozy and clean. Above all, all the items and tools were so well prepared that I used them more comfortably than any other accommodation. There was also our dog, and there was even shampoo, so I had a very happy and good time. I think it was a very healing trip because of the scent of charcoal and pine needles in the stove in the vinyl house. I'll come again next time.

The value for money is great, is the inside space is very large, definitely enough for two people and comfortable. The refrigerator is large enough to pack a lot of beverages to buy back. The internet wifi is fast and smooth.Don't know why we tried to use the gas stove this time, but don't know why the ignition didn't start, and it was a shame we couldn't make our own things to cook our own stuff to make foam noodles to eat. The more obvious disadvantage was that the bathroom was a little small, smaller than a Japanese-style hotel, and the body was a little oppressed when taking a shower. But no problem, the hot water was hot enough and the water pressure was adequate.

It was so nice and tidy, and the host responded so kindly that I want to use it if I come to Seoul again next time:)
