Located in the heart of Mumbles. Known as Y Cwtsh, this stunning 3-Bed apartment is bright with a modern feel. It is on the second floor with large windows on the front aspect offering views through Southend Gardens to the Stunning Swansea Bay.

The property has parking if required (125 yards from the property) parking costs extra per night and is limited so please book ahead.

2 bedrooms each have standard size double beds, a 3rd room has bunk beds, smart TV & Superfast Broadband

Master bedroom has a double bed, reading lights above the headboard and a Smart TV and wardrobe with drawers

The second bedroom has a double bed and Smart TV and wardrobe with drawers

The third bedroom has a bunk bed, chest of drawers and a wardrobe
