This quiet but steep street is only a few minutes walk to the bars, restaurants and shops. It’s just over a mile to the stunning beaches of Langland and Rotherslade. This really is the perfect spot!

Six Windsor Place is a newly renovated fisherman’s cottage in Mumbles with sea views & garden that sleeps 7 people in four bedrooms. Nestled down a lane only a 3-4 minute walk to the seafront with its numerous restaurants and bars. Just a 15-20 minute 'steep' walk to blue flag beach ‘Langland Bay’, great for swimming, surfing, & paddle boarding. Mumbles is the gateway to Gower Penisula, the UK's first designated area of outstanding natural beauty - beaches, castles, salt marshes & views galore!

Well stocked Kitchen/diner including dishwasher and fridge freezer. Sun room overlooking the enclosed back garden. Washing machine and dryer. 1 well behaved dog welcome.

Sea Breeze is a very charming open plan house with it's own private parking spaces. It has a well-equipped kitchen, the dining area caters up to 6 persons and the spacious lounge offers a comfortable seating area with electric fire and Smart TV. The French doors allows a continuation of the romantic feel with its cosy outside terrace and sea view while upstairs offers 1 King sized bed, 1 double and 2 singles. There are 3 bathrooms each with a shower with the main bathroom offering a bathtub.

It is a 5 minute walk from the beaches of Rotherslade and Langland and a 10 minute walk to Oystermouth castle and the village of mumbles. It has private parking for 2 vehicles in a double car port. Parking is also available at the roadside above the cottage. Nearby activities: watersports, surfing, fishing, golf, walking.

Bright and airy, 2 bedroom bungalow on a quiet private road. Fully enclosed rear garden & decked area. Beds can be 2 doubles or a double and 2 singles. The kitchen has all you’ll need. One pet welcome, contact if you have more. 2 mins walk to the coast path, 5 mins to Limeslade bay, Fortes café & Castlemare restaurant. Langland bay is not much further. Mumbles’ restaurants, bars & shops are ~10 mins walk.

We swapped our lovely Narrowboat on the Grand Union for a cosy, pet friendly chalet for two with a distinct Narrowboat feel. Ideal for surfers and walkers, small, but perfectly formed with all the romance of a live aboard by the seaside. This land locked chalet has everything you could possibly need, tucked away between the Mumbles Cricket Club and the world famous Wales Coastal path. Direct Private access to the Coastal Path nearby, at the top of the road for Guests and Residents.

Unwind in a cosy, comfortable and contemporary beach style home. We are dog friendly with an enclosed garden and private parking which is a rarity in Mumbles.

Waterfront Suite in our Townhouse

Your private suite is just 15 metres from the sea in our seafront home, with uninterrupted views across Swansea Bay. Step onto the new promenade or use the slipway opposite for swimming or paddleboarding. The space includes a king-size bed, large corner sofa (also a sofa bed), dining/work space, full-size fridge, and a modern shower room/WC. While there are no cooking facilities, the suite is equipped with cutlery, plates, bowls, and glasses, along with tea, coffee, and milk.
