A delightful two bedroom Grade 2 listed cottage built in 1786 for the Gatehouse Cotton Mill workers.
The town offers the Mill on the Fleet, a visitor centre in the former bobbin mill, telling the tale of Gatehouse's cotton spinning days.
The town has a Spar supermarket, chemist, post office, cafes and pubs.
Ideal for walkers, cyclists, golfers, climbers, water sports, fishing & art lovers.
Gatehouse of Fleet lies on the Solway Firth, in Dumfries and Galloway, a beautiful area to visit.

The space
Downstairs has a small lobby, a fully equipped kitchen & a cosy lounge with an open fire.
There is covered seating area & large secure garden to the rear.
Upstairs comprises of a double bedroom, a second bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with bath & shower. There is on street parking outside the front door of the cottage.
Please let the host know when requesting your stay if you require a camp cot, high chair or stair gate these items are non chargeable but are not kept on site as part of the amenities.
House Rules - no smoking or vaping on the property.
No pets, tents, stag/hen parties.
