Beautiful 2020 4 berth static caravan with hot tub in the scenic East Retford countryside town of Church Laneham.
Perfect for both family and adult breaks away.
We’ve invested in luxury bedding and textiles so you'll have a great night sleep. The living area is extremely spacious. We have a 43" smart TV which you can hook up to your hotspots, Netflix, Prime etc all pre installed.
Seasonal fishing pegs on the River Trent 2min walk which are bookable £5 per angler £15 night fishing
The space
We have gave the caravan a cosy home from home feel with our spacious living area with throws and cushions a plenty. Breville kitchen appliances will help you get breakfast on track. Luxury bedding will be provided but please bring your own tea towels, towels and toiletries. We have a family shower room and toilet and an ensuite toilet to the master bedroom along with a walk in wardrobe.
Outside, you’ll find a upvc veranda with hot tub for you to relax in at your leisure and take in the beautiful countryside air and stars.

You will have full sole access to the caravan and hot tub.
You can pay for seasonal access to fishing on the river Trent and have night fishing available on the private island on the Trent (within fishing season). Seasonal fishing pegs on the River Trent 2min walk which are bookable by calling Simon
Other things to note
The site has undergone major refurbishment and some small bits are still being complete. It is majority an owners site so it is quite likely the people you will meet on site could become your regular friends as we have quite a few regular customers coming now.
Only house trained pets will be allowed and there is a surplus fee of £20 for the additional cleaning that will need to take place for the next guest. Pets will not be allowed to be left in the caravan alone. And please ensure there are always blankets on the furniture if you would like them to be up on it.

We are ideally located riverbank side of the River Trent, so all those keen anglers can take advantage of the sites free fishing pegs. Some of which allow night fishing.
The riverbank and countryside walks are great to stretch your legs in the fresh air and then stop off at the Trip advisor award winning Ferryboat inn.
Also Sherwood Forest and clumber park are a short drive away.
The town of Littleborough is 7 miles up and is the site of the Roman town of Segelocum or Agelocum.
For the families we have Sundown Adventureland a short drive away, so we're the perfect stay to take advantage.
The historic city of Lincoln is a mere 20 minute drive away if you fancy a bit of sight seeing or shopping.
Retford centre with all your supermarkets is a 10min drive if you want to stock up.
