We have 14 lodges and 88 acres of open fields to play in fly kites, picnic, star gazing area and you can walk or cycle any where on the farm and we also join to foot paths and a good cycle route. We have lovely horses to look at too if you’d like to. We have a free Games Room with a large TV, pool table, table tennis, darts board and air hockey and it’s always open with FREE WIFI. Free pony pampering sessions available. Meet our pet goats and sheep and we have a large child’s play area.

Designer Show House in Quaint Village

Beautiful large designer town house set in a tranquil location on a private road with 15 dwellings. Situated next to the River Trent, with lovely walks to other villages. As you enter the village you will pass thatched cottages that date back to 1707, St Mary's church at the bottom of our private road is mentioned in the doomsday book.
